Discusses the construction of the supporting ring beams steel bins on separate supports. The problem for the development of algorithm and program of calculation of the reference ring beams, steel silos, the combined effect of bending and torsion. Analytically developed a calculation program that allows for the analysis work on the combined effect of bending and torsion when the geometric parameters of the cross section.
