One source of thermal energy for heating hydraulic road construction machinery, operating in Russian regions with severe climatic conditions, are recyclable heat internal combustion engine exhaust gases. The article investigates the warm working hydraulic fluid hydraulic drive construction machinery diesel engine exhaust gases. With the aim of reducing warm-up time suggested the use of small hydraulic drive hydraulic tank with a heat exchanger. To study an experimental setup that is mounted on the loader Mustang 3300V. Experiments were carried out in the winter, warming the working fluid exhaust gases are two modes of internal combustion engines - at no load and at medium speed.
