  • Wet dust separator in the cutting dusting aspiration system of kiln expanded clay gravel oven

    This article describes a way of reducing dust emissions of pollutions exhausted in the atmosphere in the manufacture of expanded clay aggregates applying high effective wet dust cleaners with a combined scheme of separation of dust from the gas flow within systems cutting dusting aspiration. It was observed a brief description of main technological processes and devices and related major sources of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the atmosphere in the expanded clay’s producing in this article. It was described an industrial survey of a representative sample of aspiration systems and of enterprises of granular clay pellets using dust precipitator’s within those system. There concern the main results of the dispersed analysis of variance dimension’s particle of expanded clay dust stemming and exhausting from the kilns in this article. It was made the expediency for the development of new, more efficient construction of precipitators for de-dusting of dust and gas flows aspiration system in the production of expanded clay. There is describe a new wet dust cleaner cut emissions of dust pollution aspiration from kiln expanded clay gravel oven into atmosphere It was observed a brief description of main technological processes and devices and related major sources of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the atmosphere in the expanded clay’s producing in this article.   • Hardware and software for shock-acoustic control of composite constructions.

    For the control of composite constructions of shock-acoustic method (method of free oscillations) designed and developed measuring and diagnostic system with the original software package. Package of applied programs integrated into a virtual shell that enables to reduce setup time and debugging measuring and diagnostic complex. In the analysis of signals and issue decisions "correct-reject" uses probabilistic and statistical methods of evaluation.

  • The method of calculation informative harmonics of vibroacoustic signals applied to control the multilayer composite constructions

    Developed the method of calculating the informative harmonic of vibroacoustic signals with using finite element modeling software ANSYS. For approbation technique experimental researches were conducted.

  • Comparison of finite element modeling and analytical approach results for oscillating rod structure with crack

    the paper considers the comparison of natural modes for the first and second transverse oscillation modes obtained by numerical simulation and finite element package of analytical calculation of the core model with an elastic element based on the application of the Euler-Bernoulli hypothesis. The analysis compared waveforms for different values of the defect shows their satisfactory agreement.

  • Prospects of development of small business and its role in creation of national wealth

    Opportunities of small business in decision of such problem as development of economy of Russia are analyzed. As arguments of a weak position of private businessmen the facts of their mass bankruptcies, and also data about kinds of their activity which testify to oversaturation of segments of the market in which small enterprises work are mentioned. The fact of impossibility of their transition in other niches on manufacture of the hi-tech goods and services which belong to big business, owing to absence of resources and technologies is underlined. The conclusion that small business is completely dependent from big business because receives from it orders and serves its employees is formulated. It predetermines necessity of development of big business for a possibility of existence of small business, that is the important state problem.

  • Approximation of temperature dependences of the basic MOSFET parameters for engineering applications

    The experimental temperature dependences of the basic MOSFET parameters (the transconductance parameter and threshold voltage) in a wide temperature range covering both cryogenic temperature and regular temperatures are considered. The methods which acceptable for engineering practice and allow to approximate the experimental temperature dependences of the basic MOSFET parameters by the simple analytical expressions in the form of linear or power functions are presented. The investigated MOSFETs was designed for work as active elements of amplifying devices. Temperature dependences of the basic MOSFET parameters are needed for estimation of the sensitivity, prediction of uptime and optimizing the choice of refrigerant for low-noise amplifiers.

  • Modeling the characteristics of diagnostic means for assessing information competencies students

    "The article explains the possibility of using polytomous models to assess personality qualities that affect the information competence of students. The input data were obtained with the help of the questionnaire ""Information competence."" The characteristics of survey participants as well as indicators of questionnaires were calculated to assess their suitability for definition of the level of formation of information competence. The recommendations for finalizing of the questionnaire were made.

  • Contemporary trends of development of investment activity in the depressive region (on the example of the Chechen Republic)

    Relevance of a subject of research locates importance of investment into economic space, are being one of instruments of economic development as Russia and so its regions. Is the main trend of investment activity at the level of Russia, modernization of the economic system requires large-scale investment and revealed heterogeneity of these processes, depending on the regions. The main objective in research put identification of the main tendencies which are observed in investment activity in the depressive region – the Chechen Republic, and determination of the main competitive advantages existing at the subject for formation of favorable investment climate and activation of investment processes. As a result of research had the positive changes happening in investment activity in the Chechen Republic, which are expressed in growth of investments, change of structure of investment with prevalence of investments in it at the expense of non-budgetary sources, increase in investment activity are revealed and the complex of actions applied in the Republic to involvement of both foreign, and Russian investors is also considered. The author allocated the factors giving the chance to create in the Republic competitive economic spaces, and also the advantages allowing to create favorable investment climate in the region. Having used in work various scientific methods (groups and comparison, the analysis, statistical methods, graphic receptions) the author came to a conclusion that having used the complex of actions and competitive advantages which are available in the Chechen Republic, perhaps activation of investment activity and attraction of investments, allowing to overcome depressiveness of regional economy.

    In the an authors offer methodology to the evaluation of the internal environment of an industrial enterprise of the use of competenc - based approach for an effective management by an enterprise (professional appraisal of personnel, exposure and professionalcompetenses assisting favourable development in the conditions of uneven development of business-environment, exposure of strengths and weaknesses, possibilities and threats. It offers to apply five optimal evaluatian blocks for the proffessional appraisal of top-managers, criteria that will allow to estimate employees and degree of their contribution to activity of enterprise, because a key role in forming climate belongs to the personnel.

  • Device for realizing minimally invasive knee arthroplasty

    In order to improve minimally invasive technique knee arthroplasty the authors developed a device for carrying minimally invasive arthroplasty allowing without patellar dislocation, align total knee replacement through proper channel formation in epimetaphysis thigh where installed Cutting Guide, with the block for trimming the articular surface of the femur. Using the device improves the accuracy of implantation of the prosthesis.

  • The use of the generalized logical criterion for approximation of the efficiency area in multiobjective optimization problems

    Article considers a way of the solution of problems of a multicriteria choice and ranging on the basis of automatic calculation of weight coefficients of importance of private criteria by the principle of the guaranteed result with use of the generalized logical criterion of the maximum care. This way allows to consider additional qualitative information of the person making the decision in the form of a preference graph with the specifying coefficients. Received on the basis of the principle of the guaranteed result of value of weight coefficients possess property of uniformity. Solutions of optimizing tasks are provided in a type of final algorithms and analytical expressions taking into account the entered additional information. The analysis of this information and ways of its representation is described.

    In this article the author examines the very interesting topic - the problem of the integration of traditional and innovative practices in the Russian educational process. The author stresses the need to preserve national educational tradition in the modernization of the Russian education system and the transition to the innovative methods of the organization of the educational process. Identifies the main principles of traditional Russian education and the importance of their conservation is updated in the process of educational reform.   • Technique of assessing the susceptibility of welded joints of low-alloy steels to reheat cracking

    The technique allows to predict crack formation during heat treatment of welded joints. It has studied how chemical activism of flux influences and their mixtures on the properties of the weld metal at electroslag welding. It has been shown that increasing the chemical activity of the flux by increasing the silica content therein to 40% (mixture of fluxes ОФ-6 and AН-8) in the weld metal increases the proportion of readily deformable nonmetal oxide inclusions. This leads to an increase in the plastic properties and deformation capacity of the weld metal during welding stresses relaxation and eliminates the risk of a weld is executed electroslag welding reheat cracking.

  • The main defects of case details of cars and ways of their elimination applied in car repair production

    Production of case details – the difficult technological process demanding providing with the expensive specialized equipment, high-precision gages and defining a product level of quality. In this regard, the nomenclature of new qualitative case details in the market is very limited. In designs of cars case details are present practically at any knot or the unit. For example, the case of a transmission, transfer case (at its existence) the block of DVS cylinders, cases of the main thing and wheel reducers, cases of hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, cases of distributing devices, brake cylinders and so on. In article the concept of a case detail is considered, influence of quality of production and technical condition of case details on providing a resource of cars is revealed. Main types of influences which influence case details in use of cars are listed. Classification of the main defects of case details of cars is given, and the most perspective ways of their elimination in car repair production are considered. The listed ways found rather broad application in car repair production, but with growth of scientifically technical progress, emergence of new materials and technologies need improvement and modernization. Improvement has to be directed on increase of ecological safety, material and resource economy, reliability of technological processes and quality of the received result.

  • Influence of intensive technologies on phenology of development of plants in hothouse combine

    Experimental data about influence of processing in the conditions of hothouse combine on a svetokultura of a cucumber of a grade of "Tseres", research of influence of processing of seeds by rostoregulyator and various modes of the laser on a phytosanitary condition of a cucumber and its productivity are presented in article. Results of researches confirm positive influence of intensive technologies on cucumber plant phenology, on increase of productivity and quality of end products and can be recommended for use in technology in hothouse farms.

  • Modern gravitational a continuous production apparatus for mixing bulk materials

    In this article shows the known constructions of gravitational continuous devices for mixing of bulk materials and the conditional classification of these devices. There is the problem of obtaining mixtures in cases when the volume-weighted amount of one component of the mixture is significantly greater than the second (with the ratio of their mass fractions of 1:10, and more). Typically, in the production for mixtures with a ratio 1:10 are used mixers centrifugal type, which operate in a periodic mode. The problem could be successfully solved using gravitational devices that operate in a continuous mode. The classification represented according to the design of mixers. The levels conventional classification for these mixers: (a) used or no additional mixing elements ; (b) the nature of their physical - mechanical properties.

  • Preparation and study of the optical properties of arrays of Au nanoparticles on the surface of thin films of ZnO

    Research of possibility of management of morphological parameters of arrays nanoparticles Au (form, the size, density of superficial distribution) of the thin films of ZnO received on a surface by method of the pulse laser deposition (PLD) with subsequent annealing in the inert atmosphere was conducted. It was experimentally established that increase of the average size of Au nanoparticles leads to the plasmon peak broadening and its shifting to the red region. Nanoparticles with diameters 17, 25, 31, 37 and 40 nm have plasmon absorption maximums at wavelengths 570, 590, 605, 610 and 620 nm, respectively. With the increase of the average nanoparticle size nm to a certain value rise of maximum in absorbtion spectra at wavelengths 570, 590, 605 and 610 followed by its decrease at 620 nm is observed. The highest value of the intensity at/in the absorption maximum corresponds to the average diameter of the nanoparticles of 37 nm. Optimal conditions for synthesis of isolated arrays of Au nanoparticles on the surface of ZnO thin films with high maximum of plasmon absorption were experimentally found. Obtained results can be used to increase the sensitivity of the photodetectors and solar cells based on zinc oxide or chemosensors based on Raman amplification effect near the gold nanoparticles.

  • The use of water treatment sludge in the production of concrete

    The article presents the results of experimental studies exploring the possibility of applying the dewatered sludge water treatment as a component of concrete mixtures to address the issue of disposal. The study of the properties of concrete samples made with sediment content from 0 to 33 percents allow to state the fact of the deterioration of strength by increasing the volume of the dried sludge. If the sludge volume in the concrete is 11%, the strength is reduced by 33 ÷ 35 percents; the strength of the concrete is reduced by 57 ÷ 61 percents when the content of sludge in the solution of about 20 percents; the strength of the concrete is reduced by 75 ÷ 77 percents when the content of sludge in the solution of about 30 percents.

  • Research of devices of registration of ionic current in the combustion chamber

    In article the comparative analysis of various versions of circuitry solutions of realization of devices of registration of ionic current, is made, theoretical justification of almost known advantages and shortcomings of the considered devices. In article are given the experimental data obtained at registration of a signal of ionic current by various devices. Is made processing of oscillograms and shown qualitative advantage of the device of registration of ionic current with the stabilized boost converter for the solution of problems of registration of a signal of ionic current with increased requirements to quality of a signal.
