  • Automation of the control of the dynamics of development of skills in the exercises on a computer simulator operator of industrial-technological system

The paper proposes a model, based on which the automatic control of the dynamics of the development of skills based on the principles of iterative learning that provides the gradual formation of skills trained at repeated the exercise on a computer simulator under repeatability conditions. This is achieved by calculating the automated training system intermediate threshold of the complex coefficient with the development of mathematical models using iterative learning. The value of this ratio affects the formation of the control actions. In the short term plan to implement algorithms, software and information support automated training system in accordance with the proposed model of calculating the intermediate complex coefficient threshold of development.

  • Global imbalances and their impact on economic and environmental development

The article highlights the problem of global imbalances, which are the result of divergence of economic indicators in different countries, which manifests itself not only in the uneven distribution of natural resources, but also in the accelerated growth of emerging economies with the demographic decline in developed countries. In virtue of such economic environment, all attempts of adjustments in the global balance towards reduction are unsuccessful, and themselves imbalances are consistently high becauseof search for own benefits by each of the countries. Uncontrolled growth is the cause of environmental problems and their aggravation and irreversible changes in the environment are the result of progressive globalization processes. To solve posed problems there is a necessity to minimize the negative and maximize the positive effects on the environment.

  • Algorithms of video frame segmentation and video compression for video surveillance systems

Article is devoted to solving the problem of video compression for panoramic video surveillance system. The actuality of the problem associated with both the limitations of existing solutions, as well as the peculiarities of video streams, which in many codecs are not counted. The novelty of the work is related to the fact that the role of the key frame is performed by image of background estimation (not by a frame from input video stream). In this paper we used the ideas of the four mainstream approaches in the field of compression (segmentation (division into a dynamic component and a static background), JPEG-compression, reduce the frequency of transmission of the reference frame (image of background estimation), the ability to change the resolution of the frame, the synthesis of the output image). The solution of problem of compression is produced by division of video frames into separate semantically meaningful elements (objects, background) transmitted over a communication channel with varying degrees of detail depending on the semantic significance and accompanied by metadata. It is experimentally proved that the value of the compression ratio of the video stream K = 135 times at peak signal to noise ratio PSNR = 32 dB, which allows to send the panorama of resolution 3072x720, stitched from the three cameras, through the channel with a capacity of 10-11 Mbit / s.

  • Method for solving problems of thermoelastodynamic instability of sliding frictional contact

Solution of the problem of thermoelasticity about sliding frictional contact of a rigid halfplane with the surface of an elastic coating, when lower boundary of the latter is perfectly bonded to a rigid foundation and the thermal flux generated by friction is directed to the coating, is cosntructed using the Laplace integral transform and is obtained in form of contour integrals. After investigation and determination of poles of integrands in a complex plane and calculation of contour quadratures, temperature, displacements and stresses distributions are obtained in the form of infinite series over eigenfunctions. Development of instability of obtained solutions for any sliding speed of the half-plane over the surface of the coating.

  • Temperature dependence of the two-magnon excitations in Nd-doped bismuth ferrite films

High-temperature (295 - 1000 K) Raman studies of Nd-doped bismuth ferrite epitaxial heterostructures were performed. The bands 620 cм-1 and 1260 cm-1 were observed in the high-frequency range above the first-order phonons. The band 620 cм-1 corresponds to the maximum density of states of magnon branch at the Brillouin zone boundary. The intense second-order band at about 1260 cm-1 corresponds to the density of states of two-magnon excitations. The intensity of two-magnon scattering decreases with increasing temperature, and above the Neel temperature paramagnon scattering typical for antiferromagnetics was observed.
