  • Stratification of the lubricant in radial slide bearing

    In the presence of liquid lubricant particles precipitate from wear products or additives, as well as from the wall of the adsorption and chemisorption on metal surfaces contacting bearing surfaces separation occurs at the layers of lubricants with different viscosity properties. For viscous incompressible stratified lubricant in the gap thrust and radial bearings seen in the works.   • Stratification of the lubricant in the thrust bearings

    In this paper, based on a system of equations of motion of a viscous incompressible fluid with the viscosity depending on the pressure, and continuity equations, provides self-similar solution using the current functions of the stratified flow of lubricant in the thrust bearings. The proposed model is calculated in contrast with the existing three-layer stratification, further complicated by the dependence of the viscosity of the lubricant pressure. An analytical expression allows to obtain a description of three-layer stratified fluid lubricants and a graph of the effect of structural parameter and viscosity ratio stratified layers on the basic performance of the bearing. Numerical analysis of the dependence of the parameters of the adapted profile and load-carrying capacity of lubricating layers.

    The calculation of technological and economic losses caused by emission of electrolysis hydrogen in the atmosphere is made. The flow of oxygen and air during the combustion gases and the amount of simple combustion is calculated.   • The algorithm of selection process of measuring instruments for conducting instrumental control of harmful productions factors

    А key element in the system of public administration by labor protection is receiving reliable information about a condition of working conditions depending on levels of influence of harmful and dangerous production factors. Instrumentional monitoring of workings conditions on workplaces is carry on production control of harmful production factors and procedure of a special assessment of working conditions by test laboratories. Thus one of the tasks demanding the decision is development of algorithm of process of a choice of the measuring instruments satisfying areas of accreditation of test laboratory and to the state requirements to performance of these works. For the solution of an objective the author offers a technique of an optimum choice of the instrument equipment which basis the method of expert evaluations (rank correlation). According to basic provisions of a technique in scientific work the algorithm of process of a choice of measuring instruments for carry on of instrumental control of harmful production factors is presented. Criteria of a choice of devices are considered. The mathematical model of process of a choice of measuring equipment including ranging of criteria of a choice of devices is described. According to results of ranging the leading, essential and less significant criteria of a choice for the instrument group participating in experiment are defined. In view of the leading and essential parameters of a choice of the equipment, the complete set of test laboratory by the necessary instrument equipment, according to area of analytical tasks and conditions of measurement install.

  • Experimental installation for laboratory researches of galvanomekhanichesky sedimentation of zinc from flowing electrolyte on the restored surfaces of details of mobile equipment

    Improvement of technological process of galvanizing in flowing electrolyte without decrease in its reliability and quality of the received deposit can be carried out by carrying out anode etching of the processed surface directly in the main electrolyte of sedimentation. For the purpose of identification of extent of influence of technology factors on anode dissolution of the processed surface it is necessary to conduct elektrokhikmichesky researches. The installation including electric was for this purpose developed and made and gidravklichesky speak rapidly. The Elektkrichesky part contains power-supply circuits of an electrolytic cell to the asymmetric variables odnopoluperiodno straightened, dvukhkpoluperiodno straightened by current and straightened by current with the lowered pulsation, and also a chain of heating of working electrolyte. The hydraulic scheme of experimental installation includes: the kisloktostoyky electric pump, pipelines, filters, the device for an electrolytic precipitation of coverings and a bathtub with electrolyte. The design allows: to increase the speed of a channel of electrolyte; to carry out activation of the cathode, using energy of a channel of electrolyte; to increase the accuracy of copying of the cathode the activating elements; to use higher density of current and to reduce power consumption of the device. Electrolyte, in the course of sedimentation, was constantly filtered. As filtering material used fiber glass. The filter if necessary it is possible to dismantle and wash out quickly. Such filtering element slightly interferes with a channel of electrolyte, is simple in service, is cheap and quite sufficient. Thus, the offered design of experimental installation allows to conduct necessary researches of process of sedimentation of a zinc electrodeposit for its improvement.

  • USB Radiomodem

    The article discusses the relevance of the compact, mobile radio modem sup-ports modern interface USB. The result is the development of a half-duplex tran-sceiver is a device that works with a frequency manipulated signal in a license-free frequency band. The radio modem is equipped with interface USB, through which data is exchanged, as well as its food, as antennas used inefficient quarter-vibrators. Increase in radio range is possible by the use of antennas with high directive gain. Experimental studies of two designed devices were carried out in an urban setting. Their aim was to establish the maximum sustainable radio range (with line of sight) at different data rates as error correction at the reception, and without. Experimenter, away from the transmitting radio modem, monitored the received data. The use of error-correcting coding is most effective at high data rates (up to 3 dB) than at low (1-2 dB). Increase in radio range is possible by reducing the transmission speed - this is due to the dependence of the receiver sensitivity of the speed manipulation. It should also be noted that the decrease in device size is possible by structural modification.

    An analysis of science researches and production experience have shown that there is a need in the method of determining the number of vehicles and special technics for transport units in the pipeline industry. Decided to consider the system of transport and technological service of pipeline's repair processes as queuing system. A simulation method as a tool for determining the need of vehicles was chosen. The correlation between factors of primary production and the number of vehicles and special technics was determined.

  • Sensors to study the thermal state machines operating in the Far North and the Arctic

    In developing training tools thermal units, assemblies and systems of machines operating at low temperatures below zero, should pay more attention to the monitoring of their thermal state. At this point, there are many ways to measure the temperature. All of them are divided according to the principle of action. There are a large number of sensors for measuring temperature, based on these principles. However, when building automation means of thermal preparation machines play a special role performance sensors of different design when used in automation nodes to determine the temperature units, assemblies and systems of machines. At this point in the design automation received widespread microcontrollers, comparators, and which comprise analog-digital converters in a single chip, and also capable of converting analog electric quantities into digital form.   • Design of CMOS op-amp at 1 V

    Problems for the design of low-voltage CMOS op-amps are considered: low voltage headroom for signal swings, increase the swing of input and output common-mode signal and sustainability when the feedback. Ways to implement input and output stages of low-voltage CMOS op-amps for technology 0.13 um at 1 V are investigated. The ways of frequency compensation are investigated. According to the results of modeling the best gain and the largest swing of input and output signal have continuous in time common-mode feedback circuit (CMFB) and the proposed two-stage current mirrors op-amp. These op-amps can be applied at a supply voltage ~ 1 V.
