  • Organization of data transmission over the communication network, taking into account the subscription fee for the use of communication channels

The task of planning the sending of messages of known volumes from source points to destinations with known needs. At the same time, it is assumed that the costs of transmitting information on the one hand are proportional to the transmitted volumes and the cost of transmitting a unit of information over the selected communication channels, and on the other hand are associated with a fixed subscription fee for the use of channels that does not depend on the volume of transmitted information. • Evaluation of the total efficiency of programmable logic controllers in order to implement the import substitution policy

In this paper we proposed a method for quantifying the total efficiency of programmable logic controllers from various manufacturers. The correct assessment makes it possible to select a programmable logic controller (PLC) as part of the implementation of the import substitution policy with a domestic product of devices from competing companies that have left the Russian market. The solution of the problem is carried out by the introduction of a linear rating scale for the selected characteristics of the PLC. Quantitative assessment of the qualitative characteristics of PLCs made it possible to obtain the value of the total efficiency for the PLCs considered in the work. Total efficiency is understood as a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of a programmable logic controller according to the selected characteristics. In this case, the characteristics may be of a different nature. We evaluated programmable logic controllers of four manufacturers: Siemens, Yokogawa, OWEN, ABAK. Seven characteristics of the PLC were selected for evaluation: mean time between failures, number of interfaces and plug-ins, power consumption, temperature range, number of protocols used, and response speed. The possibility of implementing the import substitution policy is considered. The assessment of the total efficiency confirmed the competitiveness of domestic PLCs in relation to foreign ones. The development of the presented evaluation method will make it possible to analyze the effectiveness of complex, large control systems made up of different types of equipment. The presented method can be used over time to obtain up-to-date information about the total efficiency.

  • Combined utilization of polymer and brick waste for the production of facing composite material

The paper presents the results of research on the development of the composition of the raw mixture for the production of facing composite material for construction purposes. The composition of the raw material mixture included a brick fight as a filler, waste products from non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride as a binder and methylene chloride for dissolving polymer waste. This composition allows mixing and pressing without heating, which eliminates the possibility of destruction of the polymer component. After pressing, heat treatment is carried out at the solvent evaporation temperature. The paper shows the dependences of the main physical and mechanical characteristics of the resulting material on the degree of filling. The maximum amount of filler has been set, which allows to obtain the material without a lack of binder. With a lack of binder, a decrease in strength and an excess of the proportion of open pores over closed ones were observed. According to the results of the experiments, the polymer : solvent ratio and the degree of filling were selected, allowing to obtain a material with the maximum value of strength characteristics. Practical application of the developed composition of the raw mixture will allow complex utilization of low-demand and large-tonnage polymer and brick waste to obtain composite material for cladding buildings and structures.

  • Features of the stress-strain state of normal sections of reinforced concrete beams with concrete of frame structure in a compressed zone

The results of studies of two-layer reinforced concrete beams with a layer of various thicknesses of high-modulus concrete of the frame structure in the compressed zone and traditional heavy concrete in the rest of the section are presented. The stress-strain state of normal cross sections along the height of the beam was estimated by the values of relative deformations at the level of stretched and compressed reinforcement using the hypothesis of flat sections and actual compression and calculated tensile deformation diagrams of concrete. The influence of the thickness of a layer of high-modulus concrete on the nature of the stress-strain state between the layers is shown. The possibility of destruction of the beam on the concrete of the compressed zone was revealed due to the abrupt decrease in the actual height of the compressed zone due to the "shooting" of a layer of high-modulus concrete with its thickness less than 0.1 h0. The dependence of the relative actual thickness of the compressed concrete, i.e. the distance from the edge fiber of the compressed concrete to the neutral axis, in the studied beams on the magnitude of the bending moment is obtained. It is established that for single-layer beams, with a difference in the elastic modulus of concrete up to 20%, the dependences of the relative actual thickness of the compressed concrete layer on the bending moment are almost identical. In the studied beams, the limiting state of which is caused by the fluidity of the reinforcement, the thickness of the compressed concrete layer was 0.37 ...0.4 with a relative moment value of 0.5, and 0.33 ...0.36 with a maximum bending moment value.
