  • Property of a lag effect in studying of a problem of management by social and economic processes of a labor market

    In article mathematical formalization of concept of a lag effect of system as a whole, and in particular a lag effect of the social and economic system arising at studying of processes and the phenomena of a labor market is considered.This property allows to consider a problem of a temporary gap between operating impact and result of change of system of a labor market on this influence.

  • The intense strained state analysis of the "Kirovets" KPP-16(20) portal crane trunk at a heavy duty of work as a finite element method

    The intense strained state analysis results of the ""Kirovets"" KPP-16(20) portal crane trunk solid-state model are given in this work by a finite element method. Model operation of certainly element model in the program environment the Compass 3D v.14 is executed and results of its calculation in the form of the card of tension and the time-temperature chart for two cases of a loading are presented.

  • About asymptotic analysis of wave fields in layered-inhomogeneous environments

    The application of asymptotic analysis method for displacement fields in environment is considered on the basis of special representation of motion equation solutions for multilayered half plane in the case of steady vibrations. The large parameter in suggested research method is distance from force source to supposed view point with glance of wave re-reflection from layer boundaries. The results of numerical simulation is given and the conclusion about the effectiveness of suggested method for construction of asymptotic expansion is given.

  • Determination of the roughness and Chezy’s coefficients for calculating wastewater networks in conditions to reduce the cost of wastewate

    In conditions of reduction of the costs of wastewater actual value of the minimum speed and current case does not provide the required conditions of self-purification of networks. The studies conducted on the silt areas of current collectors of various diameters made of various materials with the purpose of determining the resistance of precipitation in the trays pipes.
    Describes the methodology and instruments of research. The data obtained allowed with sufficient certainty have established roughness coefficient bottom sediments of sewers.

  • Calculation of the block of a compound design from a hexagonal plate and a circular cylindrical cover under the influence of the loading enclosed in tops of a plate

  • Algorithm and results of the numerical estimation of the effective mechanical properties of double-layer rubber-cord composite

    "The mechanical properties of the rubber-cord composite in strengh analysis are described. There is an algorithm of the numerical estimation of the effective (average) properties of the rubber-cord. The effective properties are defined by the successive application of different deformations to the representative volume of the rubber-cord composite (tensions along each coordinate axis and shifts in each cooridinate planes). The effective properties are defined in form of the generalized Hooke's law (for anisotropic materials). A serias of computations in estimatition of the effective properties of double-layer rubber-cord composite was carried out based on the proposed algorithm. The dependence of the effective elastic modules of rubber-cord on the angle of cord was explored. The according graphs are represented in the article."

  • Logistic organization of complex development of mass housing low construction

    In our country creation of country housing real estate was slowed down due to the lack of necessary infrastructure, and also high level of cost at its creation. The main factor promoting development of mass low housing, existence of the corresponding infrastructure and necessary communications, and also in certain cases objects of social infrastructure is.
      It is impossible to forget and the problems arising by consideration of potential of development of low housing: infrastructure dilapidation; small number of free land fund; complexity of preparation of infrastructure of the territory; difficulties in search of financial resources; small susceptibility of branch to innovative processes.
      The scientific logistic model of the organization of the mass low housing construction, considering creation of necessary objects of infrastructure for building is offered. Now need of strategically planned coordination of business and the state is the only way to the solution of infrastructure and other tasks connected with development of low housing construction from developers and builders.

  • Features of the feasibility study on organizational and technological design of reconstruction

    In recent years reconstruction of buildings and constructions became one of the main directions in the field of construction. Considering that at reconstruction capital investments it is significantly less, and payback is higher, than at new construction, the share of capital investments in reconstruction will increase.
    It is necessary to apply intensive methods of repair and reconstruction of buildings and constructions as one-time costs of reconstruction and repair there are less than one-time costs of new construction in construction production. Considering a significant amount of the factors significantly influencing the organization of construction at reconstruction of buildings and constructions, previously before development of organizational and technological documentation it is necessary to prepare the list of the data necessary for the organization of construction works and to make their analysis which concerns the analysis of projects and the territory of a building site, including situational plans.

  • Local Atomic Structure and Computer Modeling of the Copper Ion in Amyloid Beta Peptide: XAS Study

    Alzheimer's disease is an incurable illness. It affects about half a million people in Russia, and due to the general trend towards aging of the population the number of Alzheimer's disease cases will steadily increase. Insoluble deposits of amyloid beta in the brain tissue (amyloid plaques) are the major morphological characteristic of Alzheimer's disease. It has been found that the increased concentration of copper in amyloid plaques results in copper ions bound to the protein. It is the presence of copper in the binding site triggers of the formation of amyloid plaques. Therefore, the study of the binding site in amyloid beta is of great scientific interest. The local atomic structure of the Cu(I) copper ion binding site in the amyloid beta peptide has been studied by means of XANES spectroscopy. Several model structures obtained by molecular mechanics and density functional theory (ADF code) have been tested. Theoretical analysis of X-ray absorption spectra based on the finite difference method implemented in FDMNES code was performed. An appropriate model structure of the Cu(I) copper ion binding site in amyloid beta peptide has been found.

  • Measurement of electric resistance lived control cables with bridges DC

    Damage control cables in electrical phenomenon is quite common. To prevent cable replacement great lengths in serviceable there is a way to repair it, previously requiring a definition of the place of damage. In this case, you must apply a number of methods to determine the place of circuit lived or their place of breakage. In this case, knowing the resistivity lived control cable can be determined by bridges DC. Methodology and methods of measurement of resistance lived control cables are discussed further in the article.

  • Methodology of determination routes for transportation dangerous goods.

    The article is devoted to study proposals for determination of transportation of dangerous goods. Methodology of selection of the most optimal route for transportation dangerous goods is presented and consists of 11 steps, and also includes factors influencing movement goods throughout the roads. The methods allow to decrease subjectivity factors of assessments of transportation risk and, thereby, to reduce probability of choosing a wrong way to move dangerous goods.

  • The effect of solar radiation on temperature of soil

    To describe the dynamics of the temperature field in the surface layers of the earth taken up the heat balance of the earth's surface. Taken into account are three components of the heat flow: convective heat transfer with air, solar radiation, heat flow from the surface layers of the soil. The boundary conditions on the surface of the soil is considered the temperature of the ground surface, which is determined from the heat balance of the surface layer of the sun radiation. The temperature distribution in the soil is determined using the method of finite differences. A layer of soil has a certain thermal inertia, which leads to delaying the achievement of minimum temperatures in the soil column relative to the time of achievement of the minimum surface temperature. In the surface layer of soil to a depth of approximately 300 mm, is almost complete attenuation of the diurnal temperature fluctuations in the month of June with account of solar radiation in conditions of the South of Russia.

  • In-situ XANES technique to study of the catalysts

    This paper describes an in-situ experimental technique to study of ceria nanocatalysts by using X-ray absorption near edge spectroscopy XANES. This technique allows us to determine Ce3+ concentration inside ceria nanoparticles in the course of catalytic reaction based on the comparison and divergence minimization of the Ce L3 XANES spectrum of the ceria nanoparticles under catalysts (atmosphere, temperature) with a linear combination of two independent components corresponding to spectra of Ce4+ ion of the CeO2 structure and Ce3+ ion of the theoretical Ce2O3 structure. The calculated weight ratio determines the Ce3 + concentration in the sample during the catalytic reactions.
