For the three main processes of the enterprise, identified in the decomposition of its activities, a mathematical model in the space of conditions is developed, taking into account their relationship and interaction in the quality management system. For the obtained system of differential equations, the structural composition of the operators included in it is disclosed. An example of the application of the created mathematical model in the study of the functioning of the quality management system using linear and non-linear operators and the action of random external disturbances is considered. A discussion of the simulation results at various parameter values from the point of view of the functioning of the selected processes is presented.

Systems that allow generating programs for monitoring the state of technical objects are explored. The generation of programs involves the construction of models of objects from the data received from them and the construction of data collection processes. The dependences of the complexity of the generation of models of monitoring objects on the dimension of the input stream, the dimensions of the characteristic vectors describing the state of the elements of the objects of monitoring, as well as the dependences of the complexity of the generation of data collection processes on the number of structural levels of objects, the number of information elements on each level, and the probabilities of generating processes on each of the levels. Based on the results obtained, recommendations are formulated on the use of monitoring program generation systems in solving practical problems in particular domain: recommendation on selecting right balance between often and rare model rebuilding and expediency criteria of the monitoring process generation system usage.

This article discusses such technology as the Internet of Things and the network control system for remote identification of RFID tags. In the course of the work, the most popular microcontrollers to date were considered, a comparative characteristic was carried out, and the efficiency of use was evaluated, during which the most optimal option for further work was selected. As a result, a system for remote identification of RFID tags was developed, namely, the design of the system and application software, with the ability to obtain information on RFID tags from both PC and smartphones, and the results of use on different operating systems are presented.

To the attention of readers is submitted the detailed story about the project of young architects from Novocherkassk " The architectural and construction concept of the cable metro station in Rostov-on-Don". The article presents the results of experimental studies of the parameters of micro-sized metal particles and sprayed films obtained by the method of electric explosion of metallic conductors (EVP) and electro-explosive spraying (EVN), respectively. Copper (Cu) and aluminum (Al) metal wires were used as explosive conductors. Geometrical parameters and physicochemical analysis of the obtained microparticles and thin films were carried out by means of the universal two-beam electronic system Versa 3D. From the analysis of the obtained samples of sprayed thin films and fine particles, it follows that with a discharge current density J≈10 ^ 10 A / m ^ 2 millisecond, the film thickness and particle sizes can reach values less than micron scale.

The environmental performance of recreational facilities in Rostov-on-Don was assessed. The object of the study were 15 parks and gardens of the city. Depending on the structure of the territory (the share of the green area, the density of tree planting), the parks were grouped into three groups. The influence of parks and gardens on microclimate parameters was studied - air and surfaces temperatures, air humidity. The greatest reclamation effect on the microclimate is possessed by parks with dense plantations (planting density of trees above 400 pcs / ha). Green spaces have the strongest influence on surfaces temperature, decreasing it by 11.4 - 13.8 ° С. The smallest changes are recorded for air temperature, which decreases on average by 1.9 - 2.3 ° C. Humidity increases by 2.7%. The presence of the effect plantations of trees at parks on microclimate parameters is proved by statistical methods.
