  • Analysis of urban planning practice in solving the problem of obsolete housing stock

Cities are born, grow, develop and, of course, age. The older the city, the more often it faces the problem of dilapidated housing stock. The desire to improve the urban environment requires a solution to this problem. Currently, two main directions are used: reconstruction (by which we mean improvement, modernization, but preserving the structures and the existing planning concept) and renovation (demolition and new development). An analysis of urban planning practice in the regions of the Russian Federation made it possible to establish that in 98.7% renovation is used to solve the problem of obsolete housing stock. In the course of visual observation, field study of the renovations carried out, approaches to obsolete buildings, urban planning and, in correlation with them, social problems that cause a deterioration in the level of comfort of the urban environment were identified.

  • Device for determining the magnetic characteristics of ferromagnetic materials with a shape memory effect

This article considers one of the parts of the development of a device for determining the magnetic characteristics of ferromagnetic materials with a shape memory effect. A functional diagram of the device has been developed. The operation of the device was simulated and the behavior of the shape memory alloy was studied. The error in determining the magnetic characteristics of the FMSF using the magnetizing setup of the developed device did not exceed 0.25%.

Keywords: magnetostrictive materials, basic magnetization curve, magnetic shunt, magnetic flux

  • Control and measuring device for controlling the magnetic field of Helmholtz coils

This article discusses the development of a magnetometer calibration device, which is controlled by a microcontroller, Arduino [1, 2], which can receive, process and transmit the necessary commands to the peripheral part of the installation using the written program code. The need for buffer circuits and elements allows you to control I / O devices. With their help, interface hardware is implemented. Structural and functional diagrams of the device were developed. And also the calculation of the parameters of the Helmholtz coils was carried out, their 3D model was built. With the help of the Gaussmeter, a full-scale experiment was carried out, which confirmed the operability of the device and its effectiveness.

  • Information system of a research organization

Nowadays, it is often necessary to create effective tools for collecting, analyzing and processing information related to taking into account the activities of universities. There is also a need to develop information systems that provide automation of educational process management functions, which would reduce the cost of organizing educational process management in an educational institution. One of the primary tasks of the university is the implementation of research work by students, graduate students and research workers on the basis of research organizational structures. In this regard, an additional burden is placed on the employees of a research organization, which implies the performance of routine operations, as a result of which mistakes can be made. You can avoid possible mistakes, as well as increase the efficiency of employees by creating an information system, which is described in this article.

  • Construction of a regression model of a device for measuring the impedance of a biological object

it is known that the human body consists of water, proteins, minerals and adipose tissue, the sum of which is body weight. An important condition for maintaining health is the balance of the main components found in the internal organs of a person. Currently, the development of modern technologies allows you to find out the exact composition of your body, as well as internal organs, without complicated analyzes, using special devices that are based on measuring the bioimpedance of living tissue. Absolutely all tissues can conduct electric current, while the more water in the tissues, the more electrical conductivity and less resistance., The opposite is also true. Bioimpedance analysis measures the reactance of parts of the human body at different frequencies. On the basis of which the characteristics of the composition of the body or internal organs are calculated. Meanwhile, the measurement of the impedance of a person or his internal organs is associated with certain problems. So distorting factors can be the position of a person in space, improperly prepared areas of the body from which data are taken, improper placement of electrodes, poor contact. The aim of this work was to construct a regression model of a device for measuring the impedance of a biological object (BO), reflecting the contribution of the BO impedance to the total impedance of the entire measurement section.
