  • Geoinformation mapping of road conditions using OpenStreetMap spatial data

In this paper, the importance of transport networks for the development of the country's economy is considered. It is determined that at the same time, a huge number of heterogeneous factors affect the functioning of transport networks. In this case, in order to optimize transportation processes, it is necessary to have information about the state of the road network in advance. Geoinformation systems are an effective tool for presenting data of this kind, which allow storing and processing spatial and related attribute data. The author proposes a technique for geoinformation mapping of road conditions using the open OSM project. Openstreetmap provides access to up-to-date geographical information, as well as software tools for data processing. The paper defines the type and levels of damage to the roadway, a geoinformation project has been developed, which reflects the main types of damage to the roadway of a section of the road network.

  • Formation of topological rules for describing the spatial relations of objects of the power transmission system in the geoinformation system

In this paper, we consider ways to form topological rules for describing the spatial relationships between the objects of the power transmission system and the objects surrounding them. The spatial component is the basis of data on objects of power transmission lines (power lines). Therefore, an accurate and complete description of the topological relationships between objects involved in the electricity supply process is an urgent task. The author investigates ways to describe topological relationships in geographic information systems (GIS). The functionality of these systems can be extended with additional models, including topological correctness checks. Topological rules have been developed to correct spatial relationships and eliminate errors. The generated topological rules are based on object calculations. This is due to the intellectualization of geoinformation systems and support for decision-making in the conditions of heterogeneity and dispersion of data that energy companies work with.

  • Study of the features of the layout of the territory of a residential complex of increased comfort

In this paper, we consider the aspects of identifying criteria for increased comfort of the territory of residential facilities. The concept of increased comfort is influenced by a variety of heterogeneous factors. However, a clear method for classifying these criteria has not been defined. The purpose of this work is to identify the criteria for increased comfort of a residential complex and study the features of the layout of these objects. This article discusses the qualitative and quantitative indicators that make up the concept of ""increased comfort"". The authors have studied the stages of organization of the territory of a high-comfort residential complex and their components. Parameters and environmental factors that influence decision-making in construction are identified. Functional zones of the territory of the residential complex of increased comfort are defined. In this paper, we propose a scheme that allows us to classify the criteria of increased comfort for a residential complex based on indicators of technical principles of organization and architectural and planning structure.

  • Geoinformation technology for monitoring glades of power lines

In this work the problem of monitoring and diagnostics of power lines glades (transmission lines) with the help of geoinformation technologies is considered. The article identifies the main factors of occurrence of critical situations on power lines, as well as factors that allow to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity. Taking into account the spatial distribution of power lines, the article proposes to use geoinformation systems, which are an effective means of processing data on power lines. Geoinformation technology of transmission line monitoring is investigated, optimal methods of transmission line monitoring are revealed. Aspects of formation of a security zone for power lines are considered. A model of identifying the risk of an emergency is constructed. The algorithm of monitoring of power lines, their protection zones and identification of emergency areas on the basis of geoinformation technologies is developed.

  • Geoinformation model of the justification of territory for placing of automobile transport enterprise

In this paper, the task of territorial planning of road transport enterprises is considered, taking into account modern requirements for the development of the urban environment. Methods for solving problems of territorial planning using geographic information technologies are highlighted. The work identified the factors of placement inherent in this subject area and characterized by spatial, temporal, pragmatic characteristics. Given the spatial nature of the task and the input data, it is proposed to use geoinformation modeling as an effective means of solving problems, which are based on geodata. The model of a geographic information system is presented as a combination of a model of visualization and consideration of spatial distribution factors, including sets of production rules. This model also contains a block of regulatory data that regulates the process of land use and allows us to evaluate the suitability of a particular site. The process of visual analysis is described and the main elements of the visualization model are identified. The totality of the data components of the geo-information model makes it possible to take into account heterogeneous information, conduct its complex analysis and make better decisions.

  • Development of a conceptual problem-oriented metamodel of figurative representation of complex system on the basis of a geographic information system

This paper presents use metasystem approach to creation of complex system model. An opportunity to synthesize quantitative and qualitative models of separate subsystems in the form of a metamodel of complex system is distinctive feature of metasystem approach. Such approach gives the chance to develop and correct both the purposes of functioning of system, and a way of their achievement. The model of a geographic information system (GIS) acts as a metamodel basis. The GIS model integrates, processes and traces existential and coordinate information. The model of a geographic information system is in turn described as set of model of measurement of a condition of system and model of measurement of state of environment, including sets of rules, procedures and measuring means are considered. Separately in article the question of redundancy of data for which solution it is offered to use the National Instruments PXI platform which is turning on the reconfigurable input-output module (R-series module) is considered.

  • Assessment of human factor in emergency situations on the basis of fuzzy sets

This work is devoted to the modeling of the fuzzy assessment of the impact of human factors in emergency situations in industrial activity. Relevance of the research lies in the uncertainty, heterogeneity and uncertainties of the input data, on the basis of which it is necessary to assess the impact of human factors in emergency situations. The article describes the main stages of the fuzzy modeling: fuzzification of input data, the construction of inference rules and defuzzification of the output variable. The proposed base of fuzzy inference rules include input linguistic variables, fuzzy rule-production and output linguistic variable. The constructed model allows us to estimate the degree of influence of the human factor in the conditions of uncertainty and subjectivity.
