And although the choice of a house is purely individual, there are a lot of common factors. Such as the total area, the number of floors and rooms, the presence of a garage and much more. Also, when buying a house, you are looking for proximity to services such as food, pharmacies, emergency rooms, child care facilities, parks, etc. You can use the ArcGIS API geocoding module for Python to search for such objects at a given distance around the house. This method suggests combining all the necessary conditions into one system, which will significantly reduce the list of real estate objects on the market and choose the most optimal options.

The article presents theoretical studies of the effect of various plasticizers on the mechanical properties of epoxy compositions. Based on this, the method of plasticization of the epoxy polymer ED-22 was chosen using the introduction of modified epoxy resin UP-563, which differs from the previously used modified compositions for repairing automotive vehicles in the field the simplicity of the availability of modifications in the field and as providing the widest range of changes in the properties of the epoxy composition for USAGE field. The scientific novelty lies in the justification for the creation of a new repair composition consisting of ED-22 epoxy-diane resin modified by UP-563 laproxil for the repair of hull and capacitive parts of automotive equipment in the field, which has increased vibration resistance. frost resistance and impact resistance.

An experimental device designed for the detection of peripheral veins during the injection and infusion was developed on the basis of recording the difference in the intensity of the optical signal reflected from the vessels and surrounding tissues. The device allows to perform the detection of the locations of vessels, to determine their projection, to confidently distinguish veins and arteries. The effectiveness of the application is shown in tests on healthy people and patients with diabetic angiopathy. The device is very compact, has a simple design and low cost.

In the article results of approbation of the experimental devices designed for visualization of blood vessels developed by the authors are presented. Experimental device number one is an emitter of infrared light, the experimental device number two is a emitter of visible red light. Devices can be recommended for use in patients with no factors impeding vascular imaging and in patients with elevated body mass index.
