Statistical analysis of the wind load of the city of Volgograd for the period from 2003 to 2012
Incoming article date: 16.06.2017the article is devoted to normalization of wind load according to the datas of meteorological stations the example of the city of Volgograd during the period from 2003 to 2012. Obtained the main statistical characteristics, the coefficient of reliability for wind load, wind roses are built.
