Development of an algorithm for optimizing business processes of an IT company and a model of a decision support information system
Incoming article date: 02.09.2023The development and implementation of decision support systems (DSS) based on modern methods of data processing, storage and analysis is an urgent task. As part of this work, an algorithm for optimizing the business processes of an IT company and a model for the functioning of a DSS were developed. The implementation of the proposed methods will improve the efficiency of IT companies.
