Application of the methodology for assessing the reliability of a construction project taking into account uncertainty
Incoming article date: 29.08.2024The situation of occurrence, identification and management of risks arising during the construction process is analyzed. Uncertainty of decision-making in construction projects involves the creation of methods that ensure the reliability of decisions and their effectiveness. Such a method was developed in the Russian Project Management Association. The paper provides an example of using this method on a real construction site. An analysis of risks arising during the implementation of a construction project was conducted, a risk map was created for this project and the PERT method was applied when creating a calendar plan.
