Abstract
State cultural policy in the comtext of economic and human security
Incoming article date: 03.06.2015The article deals with the nature of interrelation of the phenomena ""preservation of national value traditions"" and ""ensuring economic dynamism"" in the context of the strengthening of the national security of Russia in the era of information revolution and the transition to new technological way which is characterized by such relevant characteristics as the intellectualization of industries, the development of new technologies of management and continuous education, the formation of cultural and informational environment. The models of cultural enlightenment and cultural development focused on the resources provision and technological support of socio-cultural and economic (in the innovative vein) development of the country through the partnership of the state and society are described in the article, taking into account the state cultural policy tools as author’s cognitive methodological construct aimed at the accumulation of powerful protective potential of the Russian culture in the practice of public administration.
