The overall objective for the Crimea and southern regions - to establish continuous communications between the mainland and the peninsula , reliable rail and sea links . To solve it approaches analyzed power port stations and the level of loading ports , a list of the range of goods, they are working to establish specialization and rational distribution of ports handling volumes between them.
