Analysis of project efficiency of the transport network’s improvement
During the implementing of any project we face with different risks. Projects of the improvement of the transport network are very expensive and require not only state and federal budget, but also the involvement of the private sector. For investors one of the most important risks is financial risk, which is difficult to calculate before the implementation of the project. Using the analysis of available data and mathematical modeling project can solve this problem.
