Assessment of consumption of alcohol products to change the regional human potential
Incoming article date: 03.04.2015The article presents the results of calculations of the HDI values regions of Russia. Based on the proposed indicator "HDI rank" the classification of regions of Russia. The dependence between the dynamics of the indicator values of human potential: the average human development index, the number and incidence of the population, the number of recorded crimes and the dynamics of the volume sold per capita alcohol.
