Evaluation of changes in organizational and technological characteristics in the construction of residential buildings in cramped conditions
Incoming article date: 06.06.2016The article considers methods of evaluation and forecasting of organizational and technological characteristics in the construction of residential buildings in cramped conditions. Special attention is paid to the use of small, light elements that give the ability to use elevators, cranes – jib, lifts, etc. in case of rejection of tower cranes. This allowed not only to increase the flexibility of the organizational and technological processes and to enhance their compatibility in time and space, but at the same time caused the necessity to modernise the space-constructive solutions of buildings with a subsequent transition to monolithic frameworks.
