Regulation of labor markets of the interfaced territories is connected with an assessment and impact on migratory processes, an overflow of a manpower, decrease in level of the saved-up human capital. Achievement of a certain balance of multidirectional streams of migration demands adoption of administrative decisions on the basis of coordination of interests of the partner countries, as the interfaced territories.
