Incoming article date: 21.09.2015The article describes the temperature changes of car batteries (AB) in the winter.Identifies key factors determining the thermal state of AB. Proposed calculation methods, based on the determination of the rate of heating and cooling AB. Based on these data it is possible to calculate the charging current for determine battery charge/disgharge balance AB during it operation in cold climate conditions.
