Changes in the technical state of the monument of urban planning and architecture of federal significance of the House of Kanonnikov (Kanunnikov)
Incoming article date: 11.02.2021The article describes the technical condition of the building. Conclusions are presented on the influence of hydrogeological conditions changing over time on the nature of developing deformation processes. The main anti-accident measures are proposed to exclude further failure of structural elements. And the conclusions of the preliminary survey are presented, with recommendations for effective measures to eliminate the accident rate of the building.
