Abstract
The conciliation in the context of the psychological human security
Mediation as a modern legal option of the conflict’s resolving is a complex phenomenon in the system of the legal practice. Contemporary conflicts mostly arise in the circumstances when they face a qualitatively different understanding of law and order, maintenance of law and mechanism of its realization, which requires a search of the psychological mechanisms to ensure the human security. It is necessary in mediation procedures application process, which helps to make a mutually acceptable decision, to achieve a psychological orientation on the decision’s search for and preservation of normal relations in the future.
