Formed approach to consistent spatial interaction of coastal development and water-based eco-sustainable and bio-positive forming. Presents a theoretical model of the contact zone "river – city" as a tool for assessment and design modeling, describes the structure of the contact areas. Introduces the concept of "interface area" as the area of information exchange and relationships between the properties of the waters and formed or reconstructed architectural context. Presents seven private "fields of interaction" between the water area and coastal urban development: a field of spatial interaction, composition, decorative plastic, functional, visual, emotional and imaginative, historical and cultural interaction. Describes the possible qualitative criteria in the evaluation of the interaction of natural and architectural base in the contact zone of "river town". The system is represented by the fields of interaction can act as a tool for project simulation, as well as a means of organizing data, evaluating and comparing the positive and negative impacts on landscape complex area.
