The current work considers the problem of arrangement optimization of non-convex polyhedrons into a minimal height parallelepiped container. The no-fit polyhedron based algorithm is proposed to solve described task. The no-fit polyhedrons are used not only for providing conditions of the polyhedrons mutual non-intersection but also for finding the placement points. The current paper provides the block diagrams and the pseudo code of the algorithm. Some examples and computational results are also given for public input data.

The problem of cultivation of sturgeon kinds of fishes stands very sharply now. It is con-nected basically m by that despite of interdictions and assessed penalties uncontrolled catching of valuable breeds of fishes from a river basin Don is made practical. Factories existing nowadays on reproduction of fishes carry out the activity basically for reproduction of a commodity fish, that is don’t support a livestock of a fish in a habitat of dwelling. The question of increase of efficiency of the cooling process in the compression refrigerating machines and household refrigerating appliances. Describes a new original method of cooling of the condenser vapour-compression refrigeration machines, which is due to wet the surface of the capacitor with its further blow. Shows the complexity of the theoretical analysis of the proposed method of cooling and substantiated the necessity of experimental studies of the process of cooling of the refrigerant in the capacitor.

Results of the flight research spent in April - among students of RSUCE are brought May, 2012. The Main objective of research - definition of the emotional relation of students to local and central political orders. Primary data are received by questioning on a method of semantic differential. By the received results semantic portraits of four types of political usages (two ideal constructions and two above-stated real orders), relative distances in semantic space between images of these usages are defined. That has allowed to calculate levels of emotional perception of local and central political usages in linear approach.

It was established that the strength of such beams is less, but the strain is significantly higher compared to the traditional reinforced. In this article considered the questions related to how the deformability is influenced in concrete beams, in which steel reinforcement replaced with fiberglass GFRP or a combination (hybrid). The latter is very important, as the current standards do not account the increased in strength of composite reinforcement, whereas its elasticity modulus is lower than the elasticity modulus of steel reinforcement.
