  • Precision analog interfaces based on two multi-differential operational amplifier

    The methods and results of designing instrumentation amplifiers multidifferential on two operational amplifiers that significantly reduce the voltage of zero drift circuit and its transfer efficiency of the common-mode voltage. In practical terms, these methods can solve the important task of building a precision analog interface for resistive bridge sensors, which operate over a wide temperature range. Also, it is possible to use multi-bit ADC with a significantly lower reference voltage.   • The method of extension operating frequency range of source and emitter voltage follower

    The paper discusses the features of method of extension of circuit’s operating frequency range of the source and the classical emitter voltage follower (VF). The features of this method based on the effect of the mutual compensation of the parasitic impedances are considered. Problem of improving operation speed of VF with output capacitance and reducing the time of establishment of transient at pulsed input voltage are discussed.
    The simulation results of VF in Cadence on model of SiGe integrated transistors are given. This shows that with capacitive load high-frequency cutoff, the time of establishment of transient and the slew rate improved to tens - hundreds of times. 
    The results of investigate complement of methods of improving operation speed of the classical stage with a common drain and common collector.

  • AlN & AlF3 sedimentaion and agglomeration stability in organic environment researching

    High purity ultrafine aluminum nitride is produced by gas-phase approach, however there is an issue to divide AlF3 and AlN at the final step of synthesis. Recently, the problem is solved by sublimation of aluminum trifluoride in vacuum, but due to high temperatures aluminum nitride particles agglomerate into chunks with dimension about 8 μm, hence the new alternate methods of separation is in a great interest. Flotation in organic environment is considered to divide aluminum trifluoride and aluminum nitride. The process of AlN and AlF3 interaction with organic and element-organic matters was investigated and the following conclusions were made: there is agglomeration and sedimentation stability of AlN and AlF3 in organic environments and flotation possibility was experimentally proved, hence, flotation after special treatment is a possible approach to divide powders of aluminum trifluoride and nitride.

  • Re-entrainment decrease in electrocyclone

    The article presents the results of experimental research of the re-entrainment reduction in the electrocyclone. The authors shows an increase in the collection efficiency of ash up to 99.5% and reduction of entrainment in 4 times when profiled elements was install  on collection electrode surface

  • Private and mutual compensation circuits in symmetric stages CMOS operational amplifiers

      The paper discusses the features of their own circuits and mutual compensation circuitry in a differential stage in CMOS transistors. It is shown that their composition can significantly increase the differential gain in symmetric cascades with a dynamic load, significantly reduce common mode gain and extend the range of operating frequencies. As an example, the evolution of the basic concept of a symmetric stage and the results of its simulation in Cadence Virtuoso.

  • Radiation-resistant measuring amplifier based multidifferential input stages

      The paper presents a functional diagram multidifferential operational amplifier, which in contrast to conventional operational amplifiers, has some inverting and non-inverting inputs, and provides a relatively high input voltage limit. Application of basic common-mode feedback signal allowed increasing CMRR voltage on both channels. The use of additional passive components in the emitter circuit of the multidifferential cascade possible to increase the voltage limit of the operational amplifier, the rate of increase of its output voltage to provide high accuracy ratio of the transmission channel and to improve the stability of the corresponding parameters of measuring devices based on multidifferential operational amplifier.
