  • Science as a driving force of the country's development and its modern problems

science is the driving force of the development of the modern state, the successful implementation of its achievements in the production and economic activities can improve everyday life. However, there is a lack of funding for research, low level of interest in new developments and young people in research activities, the lack of integration platforms for interdisciplinary cooperation in the packaging of projects and acceptable conditions for support of small and medium-sized businesses. In order to avoid the loss of scientific potential, it is necessary to take centralized measures on the part of authorities and economic entities

Keywords: scientific activity, applied science, federal budget, regional budget, inter-faculty associations, business

  • Automation of road construction works when using information systems and 3D models

The construction and repair of the road network, taking into account the use of new materials, technology and, accordingly, technologies, raises the question of improving the management system of work methods and the targeted use of road construction machinery. The constructed algorithms for the constant monitoring and control of the execution of work on the objects are based on the methods of pattern and character recognition. This control system monitors and controls the movement of construction equipment and functional operations performed by the working bodies of road-building machines in real time. The search and selection of optimal solution algorithms, both managerial and production tasks, is based on solving problems in conditions of uncertain factor space and on the basis of economic justification. The main criterion for the advancement of production automation is economic feasibility.

Keywords: integrated mechanization and automation of road construction works, automated control systems, pattern recognition, 3D model, information systems, uncertainty, factor space, structural layers, road bed, auto grader, machine

  • Comfortable urban environment and its impact on the socio-economic development of the region

Comfortable urban environment currently determines the economic development of the region as a whole, affects the socio-political situation, the rate of migration and investment. The analysis showed that the majority of municipalities have an imbalance in the factor space, which negatively affects the development of non-productive sectors of the economy and the main sectors of the economy. Open dialogue of the population with the city authorities allows to form the most effective methods on the way of creation of favorable regional climate, to make it competitive and to develop priority business directions.

Keywords: comfortable urban environment, competitiveness, population welfare, economic development, factor space

  • Strategy for the development of the regional economy through clustered education

The material is based on the results of surveys of business activity of Russian enterprises and organizations in the Chelyabinsk region, including: large and medium-sized industrial enterprises; construction firms; organizations of retail trade, services, tourism and catering. The obtained conclusions as a result of the conducted researches are based on the information of the official bodies of the Chelyabinsk region, Rosstat management and reports of enterprises. As a result, the conclusion was made about the need to improve the tourism infrastructure, the widespread introduction of modern technologies into the tourism business, with the creation of a single tourist cluster in the Chelyabinsk region with an orientation to cross-sectoral cooperation. The creation of a regional tourist cluster contributes to the most effective use of the integration process in the allocation of investment resources in the region.

Keywords: factors, production, construction, tourism, investment, attractiveness, tourist cluster, management.

  • Ways of development of resource-processing enterprises of the regional investment and construction complex

To solve the economic, technical, environmental and social problems of the region, it is expedient to create a regional inter-branch finance and construction forestry cluster (IFSLP). The creation of a regional IFSLP facilitates the most effective use of the integration process in the allocation of investment resources in the region. Cluster education allows: - to create investment attractiveness of the region; - to organize new jobs - to attract young professionals with higher education - to use innovative developments - to increase deductions to the local budget - to clean the forest from dead wood and substandard timber, to generate heat and electricity, - to create a competitive export product.

Keywords: resource-producing complex, regional interindustry financial and construction forestry cluster, innovation, investments, forestry direction, construction materials

  • Effective use of natural potential by woodworking enterprises of the construction industry

The imbalance in the development of the forestry, with respect to the valuable and non-standard woods used by the construction enterprises, entails an ecological catastrophe in the regions. For the wide use of hardwood in the production of building materials and products, a technology has been developed to direct the development of operational properties. Modification of the structure of the wood due to volumetric impregnation of capillaries helps to reduce water absorption, increase fire resistance and biostability of wood, and also contributes to meeting the growing needs of producers of wood-based building materials in a cheap local raw material quickly renewable resource base

Keywords: wood, construction, fire resistance, hardwoods, modified wood, biosphere

  • Investigation of the corrosion resistance of stabilized sandy loam soils in corrosive environments

Investigations were conducted to assess the corrosion resistance of stabilized sandy loam soil with ground granulated slags in organic media: mineral oil, gasoline and diesel fuel. A model is proposed for an accelerated study of the corrosion resistance of concretes and other building materials under the conditions of the dynamic effect of the medium under investigation on the test material. The obtained results of X-ray phase analysis of samples and electron microscopic studies suggest that as a result of hydration of minerals of ground slag and ground, low-base CSH (B) hydrosilicates are formed, the sizes of new formations and inclusions on ETF slag are less than on CMP slag.

  • Reconstruction of road network of Penza

Considered the work to be undertaken during the reconstruction of the road network of the city of Penza, and, in particular, the viaduct over the river Sura. The analysis of the major defects giving rise to the reconstruction of the bridge. Presents the main decisions and the progress of the works themselves.
