The concept of the city centre as an important problem of urban development
Incoming article date: 15.06.2017Discusses actual problems of organization and management of urban centres . It was proposed to improve the urban planning concept for the urban centres. Recommendations for improvement of existing organizational forms of construction management for cities from the standpoint of the formation of centralized management. Indicated the need for a uniform management of the whole investment and construction complex from the beginning to the end of the operation of the facility.
