Given the typology of process failures, determines the scenario of the crisis in the enterprise. Proposed improvement of enterprise management system based on continuous information support and modelling of flows of failures and crisis situations. Recommendations for improvement of existing organizational forms of enterprise management. Indicated the need for a uniform management of the whole investment and construction complex from the beginning to the end of the operation of the facility.
