Expert group analyses of the factors significance using the method of pairwise comparison
Incoming article date: 10.12.2014Nowdays expert assessments plays an important role in the fields of modern management system and scientific means of cognition for the use of decision formalized and complex industrial and organizational tasks. The article contains the complex methodology of expert group analyses the significance of factors developed by the author based on scientific and methodological material of existing methods and approaches in expert analysis. The developed technique includes the following steps: сreating expert questionnaire, choosing specialists and specifying preliminary number of experts, collection and processing of expert evaluations, determining the level of competence and agreement of the respondents, aggregation of expert opinions, determination of significant factors. The above steps of analysis detail considered in the paper and recommendations on the use of certain evaluation criteria are given.
