Methodology for the development of projects for the construction of pile foundations in urban development
Incoming article date: 27.08.2023The article discusses the features of the development of projects for the production of works during the construction of pile foundations from factory elements in urban conditions. It is shown that in such conditions, projects should contain technological solutions that ensure the safety of residents and the surrounding development. Based on the analysis of regulatory literature and work experience, the main guidelines and measures that should be developed in detail and presented in the PPR are presented. The methodology is justified in the form of an algorithm that allows you to develop PPR taking into account the specifics of the construction site, ensuring the quality of work and the safety of the surrounding development. Recommendations are given on the development of a technological map for the pressing of piles with modern installations equipped with lifting structures. Approaches to the assignment of penetrations and parameters of hazardous areas arising during operation.
