Systematization principles of employee motivation in the company

Objectives and methods of motivation are directly dependent on the mission and strategy of the organization, the relationship between owners and hired personnel, management style used. The different character of the ideological foundations of the organization, the ratio of the ideology and practice of management determine the ratio of used tangible and intangible incentives, the use of rewards and punishments.
