Abstract
The mechanism of management of the main production process from wood industries
Incoming article date: 08.06.2015In article results of development of the mechanism of management of efficiency of use of wood resources at the timber industry enterprises are offered. It consists of five main stages, the implementation of which can decide whether the decision-making in certain areas of forestry development and individual businesses, as well as the development of strategic programs for their development. The proposed mechanism is tested on the example of Lesosibirsk’ timber industry in the region, allowing it to offer promising areas of development. Research is carried out with assistance of RGNF (grant No. 15-12-24003) and KGAU "KKFPNiNTD" ("Development of a control system of the forestry enterprise in modern conditions" project).
