Integration of controllers with the SCADA system and the Astra Linux Special Edition operating system
Incoming article date: 26.11.2025The article presents a brief description of the thermal power plant Berezovskaya GRES. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the entire workshop of the electrolysis plant needs to be retrofitted and equipment needs to be replaced or upgraded using modern industrial automation systems for technological processes. The necessary equipment has been selected for the designed process control system. An architectural solution of the system has been created that ensures the integration of controllers with the dispatch control and data collection system based on the Astra Linux operating system, as well as efficient operation and a high level of reliability. Electrical wiring diagrams for analog and digital inputs have been developed. The interface of the operator's automated workplace has been developed and the system has been modeled.
