Abstract
Architectural design in the framework of the green building
Incoming article date: 15.09.2016Investigated the regulatory framework used in the territory of the Russian Federation in the field of "green building" and energy efficiency of buildings. It is shown that is used as the most common foreign standards, and standards developed in Russia. The possible ways of achieving these standards using architectural decisions (the location of Windows, the influence of vegetation, building shape, comfortable layout, plastic facade, the use of traditional and alternative sources of energy, reducing heat losses through the building structure, ventilation, moistening of air in building in winter time, rain water use, non-residential floors with large terraces, ecological building materials). These methods include the application as a dependent and independent of electric power systems, it is necessary to choose the most appropriate energy efficiency measures (from the point of view of economy, comfort and sustainability). Shows the main technologies used to achieve energy component on the example of the nine-floor house.
