Incoming article date: 15.11.2015"The article presents a new method for preparing fine-grained concrete mixtures. The mixture contains Portland cement, silica sand, disperse mineral micro stuff agent and additive superplasticizer. New method of preparing fine-grained concrete mix is enclosed in a change of the order of mixing the components and homogenizing. The concrete mixture should be mixed in two stages. The first stage was stirred cement, micro stuff agent, a portion quartz sand and a portion of the mixing water. In the second stage added the rest of the sand, water and superplasticizer. Then finally all the components are stirred until a homogeneous mixture. This method provides reduction of cement consumption by 15% and the superplasticizer by 25%. The proposed method is protected by patent for the invention № 2535321. "
