Features of social-economic systems' transformation in conditions of economy of intelligence
Incoming article date: 07.12.2016The main global trend of formation of modern society becomes a transition to the so-called "intelligence economy" based on intellectual resources, high-tech and information technology. "The economy of intelligence" - is not just intra-changes due to the emergence of new industries related to the dominance of intellectual capital and information and communication technologies. It reflects a system-wide change, at which qualitative changes affecting the structure and all levels of the social system, accompanied by a change of technological structure, social and political organization. In this regard, a growing need for research and generalization of experience of the leading countries that have achieved the greatest results in the development and implementation of effective public policy innovation, as well as to identify opportunities and limits of its use in the formation of Russia's long-term innovation policy.
