  • Separate mechanisms of digital economy formation at the regional level

    In the Russian economy, in a situation aggravated by the sanctions pressure from the United States and several EU countries, there is an acute problem of growth on the threshold of the 4th industrial revolution, which seems to be a necessary prerequisite for technological modernization of the country. The work examines possible mechanisms for achieving modernization and innovation growth in the regions of the Russian Federation: special economic zones, advanced development areas, industrial and technological parks, industrial clusters, which are mechanisms for accumulating a set of benefits in implementing new investment attraction vectors. It justifies the need to develop a strategy for the sustainable socio-economic development of the region, taking into account the assessment of its potential, analysis of competitive advantages and resource constraints. The introduction of these mechanisms implies a focus on long-term development, horizontal diversification, through the leadership of high technologies, harmonization of tasks, instruments of industrial and socio-ecological and economic development of regions with a focus on a fairly high standard of living.

  • Russia is in the context of global economic trends

    Modern Russia is facing global challenges associated with the emergence and widespread use of new technologies, the transformation of traditional industries, the intensification of information flow, human resources and capital between individual sectors of the economy and countries. All this entails radical changes in the conditions of human life, development of the economy and society. Coupled with a variety of diverse objective circumstances - a complex geopolitical situation, a slowdown in economic growth, the transformation of consumer demand, structural imbalances in the economy, etc. - all this requires comprehension and formation of a long-term agenda in the sphere of science and technology, the corresponding complexity and complexity of the processes taking place.

  • Solution of problem of automating the fruits and vegetables harvesting

    The article actualizes the issue of increasing farm labor efficiency through automation and the introduction of robotics. The study found that farms of various types have a need to automate the process of harvesting the crop, which determined further directions of analysis. The authors presented the overlook of the current state of the market of agricultural robots and identified its key players. Suggested the solution to automate the process of harvesting fruits and vegetables by the family of AgroMultiBot robots.

  • Features of social-economic systems' transformation in conditions of economy of intelligence

    The main global trend of formation of modern society becomes a transition to the so-called "intelligence economy" based on intellectual resources, high-tech and information technology. "The economy of intelligence" - is not just intra-changes due to the emergence of new industries related to the dominance of intellectual capital and information and communication technologies. It reflects a system-wide change, at which qualitative changes affecting the structure and all levels of the social system, accompanied by a change of technological structure, social and political organization. In this regard, a growing need for research and generalization of experience of the leading countries that have achieved the greatest results in the development and implementation of effective public policy innovation, as well as to identify opportunities and limits of its use in the formation of Russia's long-term innovation policy.
