Incoming article date: 01.12.2017An approach is proposed to determine the preference of a construction object in planning the order of construction of objects of a production program of a construction organization. Priority is given to objects that have priorities over others, in this case, we can talk about the application of the priority rule, by means of which the order of construction is ordered. Each building object has a number of features, from which one can be judged its preference over other objects. Many preference signs seem like a matrix in which the column is a class, the string is a subclass of attributes. The feature class reflects the aggregate properties of the object, the subclass is the distinguishing characteristics of the characteristic within the class. A set of attributes on one of each class constitute a priority group. Priority groups are ranked to order their list. The proposed methodology was tested with the involvement of expert students who complete their studies at the University. Priority of construction of cottages of three kinds was determined. The results of the research formed the basis for recommendations to construction organizations that conduct individual housing construction.
