Incoming article date: 04.12.2017investigated the structure and content of the housing Fund of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. Conducted technical and thermal imaging survey of the housing stock. The classification of the housing stock of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic with regard to its energy parameters. Proposed the concept of sustainable functioning of the housing Fund of the Republic on the basis of strategy for its reconstruction and energy efficiency
