Experience of application of the 8D method in the production of building materials
Incoming article date: 19.12.2018The poor quality of construction products is one of the main problems of the construction industry. A defect may occur at any stage of the product life cycle. The reputation of a company and its place in the market depends on how the company has established the process of management of non-conforming products and a dialogue with the consumer. In this article the method of management of quality "8D" which is capable to reveal not only the reasons of failures, but also to prevent their emergence further is considered, that is realizes one of the principles of quality management – continuous improvement.
