Features and weaknesses of the construction organization project in the conditions of renovation
Incoming article date: 24.04.2021Renovation refers to the process of improvement, reconstruction, restoration without destroying the integrity of the structure. For data collection, civil buildings located on the territory of Moscow are accepted and pass the Moscow State Examination. According to the long-term experience of passing the relevant instances, it was revealed that the Renovation Fund and the state expertise have comments on the same requirements, which encourages us to consider this stage, systematizing the comments received in order to highlight those aspects that the designer needs to pay more attention to.
