  • Using agent-based modeling approach for social conflicts analysis ethnic groups

      This article presents an agent-based computational model of civil violence. In the model a central authority seeks to suppress communal violence between two warring ethnic groups. To describe model UML diagrams are presented. Article also shows a number of experiments with model which shows such benefits of model as guiding data collection, revealing dynamical analogies, discovering new questions and decision support in crisis situations.

  • System of indicators of monitoring of the competitive environment of sphere of building design

    Formation of competitiveness of the enterprises demands the all-round analysis of the competitive environment. This analysis should be carried out regularly. Monitoring allows to solve this problem. The purposes and monitoring problems form analysis indicators. The system of monitoring of the competitive environment for sphere of building design is constructed. Monitoring indicators on four groups of parametres are allocated: scale and dynamics of the market, profitableness of the market, a competition condition in the branch market, reliability and safety. The procedure of payments of indicators of monitoring is presented. The subject of monitoring is the professional association.

  • Application of graph theory elements at the distribution of resources like capacity for linearly - extended objects

    The main feature of linearly - extended construction is movement of a scope of works in space that results in the need to carry out relocation of linear crews with spending aditional time and resources. This problem can be considered as a problem of defining maximality of the constructed full work stream. And the physical essence of located objects, as a rule, has impact on restrictions type and optimality criteria selected for an assessment of placement.

  • The method of optimization of development transport and technological of forest resources

    Present the method for determining the optimal plan wood harvesting and hauling on logging enterprise. The method is recommended for use in enterprises applying cut-to-length logging. Optimization criterion is the minimum cost of harvesting and hauling wood. The method use will reduce costs and increase profitability for enterprise.

    The way of а compиter assessment of qиality of the mix consisting of two and more components is stated. The algorithm for definition of factor of иniformity of mixing is based оп а clиstering of K-averages and realized in an applied Matlab package with иse of the graphic GUI interface. Check of this way proved possibility of its иse for an assessment of qиality of а miх.

  • The strength and deformability of strengthened beams with different varied factors

    Some information was provided about the influence of type and percent of steel and composite reinforcement, on the strength and deformability in strengthened reinforced concrete beams. It was found, that the increment degree of strength in beams decreases by the increasing in percentage of steel reinforcement, especially, when a carbon fiber plastics with hot and cold hardening was used.

  • Attenuator for high-speed input circuit analog-digital interfaces

    This article addresses options for building advanced of resistive voltage dividers (attenuator), providing a reduction in a given number of once input voltage in a wide range of operating frequencies. To correct the frequency error in the AT parasitic capacitance the load is proposed modified scheme with the special frequency attenuator correction, which allows for one to two orders extend the range of working frequencies the AT and increase performance.

  • The feature of the nonlinear acoustic mechanism in medicine

      The thermal mechanism of the effect of acoustic waves with high intensity for biological tissues is required thorough study. When considering the high level of acoustic wave used isentropic Poisson adiabatic usually. Used isentropic shock adiabatic (Hugoniot adiabatic) for description of the waves with increased intensity. In the case of shock waves with different density of the medium would be discussed is the following approximation in the description of the process – non-isentropic shock adiabatic, which has an asymptote already. This is important when considering the process.

  • Experimental values of normal crack width in reinforced concrete beams, strengthened with composite materials

    Some information was provided about the experimental values ​​of crack width in reinforced concrete beams, which strengthened by three deferent types of glass and carbon fiber reinforced plastics. It was found that, when the strength and modulus of composite are increased, to the width in normal cracks is reduced. Having U-shaped clamps, anchors at the ends of the composite caused a greater reducing in their development. These factors should be considered in theoretical matters.

  • Induced brain activity during the perception of Kanizs figures

    The problems of visual perception whole object are considered in the paper. As an objective method to explore these issues, are used as incentives figure in subjective contours - Kanizs figures. The survey was attended by eight healthy men (SFU students and staff), right-handed, aged 22 to 35 years. The results of analysis of variance characteristics visual EP, recorded in the perception of different figures, showed that significant differences were found when comparing the real and illusory form with a figure control.

  • Electrochemical titanium oxidation in electrolytes on the basis of glycerin with high water content

    The titanium dioxide synthesized by an electrochemical method is a perspective material for use in solar elements and catalysts of cleaning of water and air environments. Regularities of electrochemical synthesis of titanium dioxide in glycerin dilute solutions (1:1) in the presence of ammonium fluoride at 2-14 V are investigated. Mathematical scheduling of synthesis process according to plans of first order with use of the complete three-factorial experiment is carried out, the adequate regression equations for formation processes of a titanium dioxide in the field of potentials 8-14 V are received. The electron microscopy method proved porosity of synthesizable layers of titanium dioxide. Water content influence in electrolyte on the speed of electrochemical process and potential size influence on titanium dioxide materials yield is established. It is shown that under the chosen electrolysis conditions electrochemical process is accompanied by the considerable chemical disolution of a titanium. Electrochemical processes in water containing glycerin are investigated by a cyclic voltammetry method. It is established that at electrochemical oxidation of Ti in water containing glycerin (1:1) porous TiO2 with a materials yield no more than 25% is formed.
