  • Geopolitical and geocivilizational peculiarities of the Black Sea – Caspianregion in the light of the great limitrophe conception (contemporary context of the question)

The article is devoted to the problem of the identification of the Black Sea – Caspian region as a special segment of the World Space in the postbypolar system. The Great Limitrophe conception developed by V.L. Tsymbursky and S.V. Khatuntsev is used as «the structural frame» for understanding modern peculiarities of this region. The author outlines two aspects of its identification: geopolitical and geocivilozational. He also introduces the key concept «limitroph territory» adapting it to the specific region. The key concept involves two other concepts – «shatterbelt» and «(inter)civilizational split zone». The article contains brand new facts on the Black Sea – Caspian region problem.

Keywords: «big political space», geopolitics, Black Sea – Caspian region, Great Limitrophe conception, limitrophe-territory, «shatterbellt», civilizational layer, «(inter)civilizational split zone».

  • Magnetic properties of multiferroics BiFeO3, (BiLa)FeO3 and (BiNd)FeO3 electrets formed by corona discharge

Recently, BiFeO3  multiferroics have drawn a great deal of attention due to their superior ferroelectric properties in epitaxial thin film form in comparison to counterpart bulk single crystals or ceramics. In this work we present the results on magnetic properties of multiferroic ultrathin films (30-300 nm) of BiFeO3, (BiLa)FeO3 and  (BiNd)FeO3  obtained by sputtering in transverse high frequency discharge, vacuum laser oblation and metalorganic chemical vapour deposition  on monocrystalline  substrates of (001) SrTiO3, (100) MgO and  (100) Al2O3. The concentration of Bi, La и Nd in dodecahedral sublattices was varied. A novel effect of treatment of multiferroic films in a negative corona discharge has been investigated. It is demonstrated that the magnetisation may be increased by up to 35%  whilst the change in    is not noticeable. This effect does not depend on neither film composition no technological method.

To assess the genotoxicity of environmental urban ecosystems appropriate to use indicators geno-and cytotoxic extract pilezii Multiflora. Geno-and cytotoxicity of the extract can be assessed by the level of chromosomal aberrations, as well as indicators of the mitotic index in the root meristem of pea, germinated on an extract pilezii Multiflora. When using indicators geno-and cytotoxicity in urban ecosystems should talk about the genotoxicity of the environment in the case of a statistically significant difference from the control of these parameters.

  • On about the features of UAV control systems with flapping wing

In the article a number of approaches to a flapping wing pilotless vehicle control system synthesis are analyzed. Referred type of pilotless vehicles is possessed of a number of advantages compared to the traditional schemes, but requires a special approach to control system creation because of strong nonlinearity and multicoupling of a controlling object mathematical model. As a result of a control system synthesis approaches analysis a synergetic approach was marked out as the most adequate for the mentioned above type of controlling objects. An idea of prognostics application for the goal of reaching of adaptive control is also set forth. In this case parameters of an object of control and parameters of ambient both are to be forecasted whereby an adaptive behavior of an object of control is expected to be achieved.

  • The motor vehicle model for integrated navigation systems

Modern ultra-tight integration structure of strapdown inertial systems and global positioning system, based on the linearization of the navigation measurements and linearization of measurement errors models, are not not applicable for motor vehicles navigation. The adequate standard stochastic model of the vehicle perturbed motion has been synthesized. The model can be used for the integration Kalman filter. Such correlations can result in poor real-time estimation accuracy of navigation parameters of motor vehicle.

  • The loosely coupled algorithm of integrated INS-GPS navigation system of the vehicle

The existing approaches to the integration of relatively cheap strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) based on MEMS-based technology and satellite navigation systems (SNS) are ineffective in relation to motor vehicles. We consider the iterative algorithm for the loosely coupled mode of integration of heterogeneous navigation systems do not intend to use the optimal estimation. The solution is obtained on the basis of the fully nonlinear model of the navigation system of the vehicle and the, therefore, is valid for arbitrary and unknown in advance nature of his movements, and, in the most general assumptions about the level of disturbances acting upon him.

  • Simulation of failures and their elimination on financial markets with the events flow generated by a binary tree

A financial market on a stochastic basis with a filtration generated by the binary tree is considered. A plugin simulating failures on this market is constructed. We mean by a failure the following situation on the financial market: when passing from a time moment  to the next one new events arise but discounted price of the fixed type stock does not change. A failure generates the incompleteness of the market (the set of martingale measures of this market is infinite). By modelling of a weak deformation it is possible to reduce the set of martingale measures to a unique measure. Thereby the price of every contingent claim is uniquely determined. This price may be considered as "fair price".

  • Deformed martingales and their properties

With the help of so-called deformations (that is of probability measures families on sigma-fields forming a filtration) a notion of deformed martingale is introduced. This notion generalizes the classical concept of martingale with discrete time. We differ two sorts of deformed martingales: deformed martingales of the 1-st and the 2-nd type. Similarly deformed sub- and supermartingales of the 1-st and the 2-nd type are introduced. We prove that infimum of arbitrary family of deformed supermartingales is a supermartingale and that convexe function of deformed martingale is a deformed submartingale. In addition, for deformed martingales of the 2-nd type a telescopic property is obtained.

  • Modeling of electrodynamic parameters of a multi-mode double-gap cavity for using in miniaturized multi-beam klystron’s devices

For miniaturized vacuum klystron type devices utilization of a double- gap strip-line cavity with suspended ceramic substrate is very promising.
The two-mode operating mode of such cavities practically isn't studied enough; so there is the great scientific and practical interest for research of electrodynamic characteristics of cavities during multi-mode operation that correspond to simultaneous excitement of anti-phase and co-phase modes in a double gap.
In this article results of the 3-D numerical modeling by means of the Ansoft HFSS code are presented, and also the experimental results of the electrodynamic properties of the half-wave double- gap cavity with the suspended ceramic substrate are submitted. Optimum parameters of this design, allowing to carry out simultaneous excitement at multiple frequencies with frequency rate (K=2) are determined.
In such cavity high values of unloaded Q factors isn’t need because dielectric losses and conductor losses can be compensated at the expense of  the negative electronic conductivity that brought by modulated electronic beam. The operating mode with frequency rate   can be used for increasing of efficiency of generating and amplifying micro devices with filament cathode and matrix field emission cathodes.

  • The algorithm for constructing the trajectories of moving objects in a video based on optical flow

At present, the development of algorithms is particularly relevant high-level analysis of video sequences, including tracking of objects in a video stream and their implementation in information and communication systems. In the proposed approach the pretreatment step uses optical flow calculation for each frame video sequence, as well as low-level features (such as a representation of each pixel in the color space YIU). For moving objects optical flow is more important than for a stationary background and allows you to find the foreground objects in video sequences and adjust the weighting function in determining the histogram similar to the adjacent frames, taking into account the motion of objects.
