  • On the coefficient of prismatic strength of high-strength concrete

    This article provides an account tsentrenno and eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete columns of high-strength concrete on the deformed pattern in SP 63.13330.2012. Compares the results of the calculation of the bearing capacity of the columns with the set experimental data. Proposed adjustments in the form of the coefficients in the formulas for the curvature tsentrenno compressed columns j and eccentrically compressed yb.

  • Minimization of pollution of a superficial drain and ground waters by means of ecological rehabilitation of the urbanized territories

    In article the direct connection of a condition of soils and quality of a formed superficial diffusion drain is considered. For minimization of pollution of a superficial drain and ground waters when unloading them in a reservoir it is offered to use coal mining waste as a sorbent of organic and inorganic pollution. Thus, the area of utilization of dump breeds of coal mines for nature protection and soil-improving actions extends.

  • The analysis of emergencies on linear part of the main gas pipelines.

    In article statistical data on failures on a linear part of the main gas pipelines are presented, the reasons of their emergence are defined. Standard scenarios of development of emergencies are provided, and also the basic principles of determination of frequency of emergence of failures are shined.

  • Applying the criterion of strength balance in designing replaceable inserts of cutoff and grooving tools.

    The issue of increasing the strength of cutoff and grooving tools is considered in the paper. The principle of strength balance of edge is offered to be used in designing the replaceable inserts. The calculations are made and the shape is designed for the strength balanced front surface of the cutting tools. The analysis of the received data is made and the regularities of the designed shape of the front surface of the cutting edge are established. Designs of replaceable cutting inserts made with a glance to structural characteristics and operating conditions of the cutoff and grooving tools are offered.

  • From gypsum-alumina expansive cement to expansive cement Type M. Changes in the expansion kinetics

    The composition, basic properties and application scope of the two main types of expanding binders historically most widespread in Russia such as gypsum-alumina expansive cement and expansive cement Type M are given. The expansion kinetics of the binders ranging from gypsum-alumina expansive cement to expansive cement Type M is observed. The role of lime as a supplement and as a hydration product of the Portland cement in the expansion process is shown: as a supplement in small values (2-4%) to gypsum-alumina expansive cement with higher gypsum concentration stabilizes the hardening and expansion process, in higher values boosts the expansion process to self-destruction. Optimization criteria of the expansion kinetics aimed at obtaining project expansion in 10 days of hardening without any additional chemical additives are proposed.

  • The paper considers the comparison of power consumption of Two’s Complement System and Residue Number System for digital signal processing applications. The comparison of these two implementations allows to conclude that, for these applications, the RNS uses less power than the TCS counterpart. The aim of the present paper is to highlight the reasons of this power consumption reduction.

  • A new device for receiving surface runoff to wastewater network

    A new device was made to catch and receive surface runoff to sewerage system. The device increases wastewater flow and velocity in the wastewater networks which is provided by flushing and reducing decay of organic and inorganic substances in the networks.

  • Principles of risk management system of investment and construction projects urban territoties development

    The article is devoted to the formation of scientific and methodological basis of socio -ecological and socio-economic risks that arise in urban areas in the process of realization investment and construction projects for the development of the urban environment. The authors identified the contradictions economic substantiation of development projects of territorial development and socio- environmental factors, the adverse effects of their realization, on the basis of which concluded the need for modernization of the basic principles of risk management for sustainable development of urban territories . The article proposes a set of principles that are required for the formation of an effective system of risk management of investment and construction projects of development of urban territories, which includes five interrelated principles : the principle of the matter of feasibility activity, the principle of optimization of protection, the principle of an integrated estimation of the danger, the principle of ecosystem sustainability, the principle of "the polluter pays". The proposed principles will gain the efficiency of the analysis and selection of projects for realization only able to provide the highest level of security and stability of the socio- economic sector of the city.

  • Influence of the number of old asphalt and technology of its submission on the properties of the prepared asphalt mixes

    The influence of the amount of the addition асфальтогранулята on the properties of asphalt mixes and asphalt. Also considered is the impact of technology of filing асфальтогранулята on physical-mechanical properties of asphalt mixes.

  • Implementation and comparison of different versions of the Uzawa algorithm in elasticity problems for incompressible materials

    2-D and 3-D problems of the elasticity problems for incompressible materials are considered. Solving these problems using the finite-element method results in solving the linear algebraic equations system with sparse matrix. For incompressible materials this system is the system with a saddle point (i.e. the matrix eigen values have different signs). Thus, applying such solving methods as the conjugate gradient method and the generalized minimal residual method is impossible. Uzawa method is suggested to be used for such problems. It is an iterative process, and at each iteration it is necessary to solve the linear algebraic equations system, but this system is without a saddle point. The different variants of Uzawa algorithm are realized within CAE Fidesys software package, and their efficiency is compared in the article.

  • Механизмы идентификации точек контакта с клиентом как инструмент повышения степени удовлетворенности качеством предоставляемой услуги

    В данной статье приводятся примеры стандартных и не стандартных точек контакта с потенциальными клиентами, описаны механизмы их выявления, а также приведены примеры из практического опыта работы авторов по данной теме. Дано определение понятию «клиентоориентированнсть» с точки зрения клиента, и предложены варианты, где применима данная стратегия. Поднят вопрос о качестве обслуживания и что стоит за этим пониманием для клиента, чего он ждет от сферы услуг и на что рассчитывает. В статье рассмотрены этапы анализа точек контакта, приведены примеры влияния этих точек на формирование лояльного отношения клиента к качеству услуг.

  • Renumbering effectiveness for finite element mesh applied to finite element method for solving three-dimensional problems of solid mechanics

    This paper presents a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the method Cuthill-McKee algorithm and fill-reducing ordering of a sparse matrix, based on multi-level nested dissection paradigm, developed at the Department of "Computer Science and Engineering," University of Minnesota. For short, we shall call the algorithm Cuthill-McKee CM, and the algorithm of the University of Minnesota — NodeND (Node nested dissection). This article uses a modification of the CM algorithm — RCM (reverse Cuthill-McKee), because in practice the reverse numbering index allows you to get a greater advantage than using a direct algorithm CM. The reason for using these algorithms are high speed computational algorithm, as it is necessary to solve the system proximal to the diagonal, the great acceleration of algorithms for solving FE problems using technology such as CUDA
