The paper presents an overview of the existing calculation schemes and the technique for obtaining the angular parts of the matrix elements of the spectroscopic quantities operators with the discussion of cases of complex electron configurations containing nonequivalent electrons. Using the example of a configuration with four unfilled electronic shells, the high efficiency of the technique for constructing wave functions of arbitrary electronic configurations is shown, based on a combination of Slater's determinant approach and the procedure for sequential coupling of orbital and spin moments on the basis of the Clebsch-Gordan coefficients in the LS coupling approximation.

An overview of the basic schemes, characteristics, and directions of development of microwave photonics systems is presented in this paper in terms of requirements defining the parameters of external amplitude-phase modulation of laser radiation as a key process for the formation of radio frequency signals in the optical range for systems with polarization multiplexing of polyharmonic signals.

Diffraction characteristics of the gratings are calculated by two methods - method of approximate boundary conditions and a strict method based on the numerical and analytical solution of the two-dimensional integro-differential equation. Results of the graphene diffraction gratings calculations are presented.

The efficiency of algorithms of the adaptive temporal sampling (ATS) is defined by compressibility of an analog signal. For the purpose of prior assessment of compressibility of measuring signals the dependence of the current clock period of measurement in case of ATS from dynamic properties of a signal is considered. Depending on a priori known characteristics of dynamic properties of signals and the given error of approximation select a method of interpolation or extrapolation. In article the dependence of the current clock period of measurement on differential properties of a signal for an ideal algorithm of ATS of interpolation type is received. Restoration of a signal after ATS an interpolation polynomial of Lagrange n-oh of a level is supposed. The quality of approximation is set by criterion of uniform approximation. It is shown that the analysis of ideal ATS of interpolation type comes down to the analysis of the equivalent on value of a section of approximation of ideal ATS of extrapolation type.

Based on the dependence of the current clock period of measurement on dynamic properties of a signal received earlier, formulas for assessment of value of a clock period of measurement in case of interpolation are received by Lagrange's polynomial of a 0th level and a class of the signals restricted to the selected structural model. The functional dependence of the current clock period of measurement from structural properties of a signal, in case of Lagrange's polynomial of a 0th level, allows to determine the average duration of a clock period of measurement in case of ATS. Value of average duration of a clock period of measurement in case of ATS allows to estimate value of compression ratio a priori. As assessment of an error of approximation it is selected, often used in case of restoration of signals, criterion of uniform approximation.

For a theoretical assessment compressibility of measuring signals dependence of the current step of measurement at ATS from dynamic properties of a signal is considered. Restoration of a signal in the course of ATS is made by an extrapolation polynom of Taylor of the first degree. Quality of approximation is established by criterion of uniform approach. For structural model of a signal the functional dependence of the current step of measurement on structural properties of a signal allowing determining on its basis the average duration of a step of measurement at ATS for expanded area of an admissible error of reproduction is received. The results received in the environment of Mathcad, illustrating restoration of a signal a polynom of the first degree, the discrete phase schedule and the current step of measurement corresponding to him on the phase plane are given as an example.

An algorithm for the synthesis of the optimal values of the parameters of precision manufacturing, assembly and balancing of assembly units and parts of machinery for agricultural purposes on the basis of the simulation of its dynamics. It is shown that the accuracy of the parameters of execution units of a conflict affect the cost of production and operation of the machine. This is the basis of the optimal values of these parameters for the search criteria to minimize the amount of these costs. Along with the optimized parameters into account other characteristics of the aggregates (their weight, mode of operation and so forth.), Which are related to the optimization of resources. A variation of the latter with the search for the optimal solution provides the required quality indicators of the unit. The proposed method of synthesis parameters tested calculation accuracy performance rotor grinding drum crusher feed DB-5. These calculations showed the possibility of redistribution of allowances for the execution of the test drum sizes for optimal reduction of production costs.

In the article elements of the distributed systems using the principle of scanning for analog digital conversion and a data interchange are considered. The main attention is paid to the unrolling analog digital conversion of signals with further restoration of analog data with the given accuracy. Distinctive feature of the unrolling conversion is that value of counting of a signal contains information on time from the beginning of conversion. The formulas connecting value of counting of an analog signal over time of counting taking are given in article. This feature is used further for upgrade of formulas of Lagrange. In operation restoration of analog signals with use of formulas of Lagrange after their sampling on time using the unrolling analog digital conversion is considered. It is shown that use of the upgraded Lagrange's formulas doesn't lead to increase in computing expenses, but requires for restoration only value of counting.

The article offers a justification of actions to improve the level of service of "Transportnik", located in Art. Kazan. It is recommended to combine the zone of the TO-1 and a storage room, special area for repair of chassis Mersedes cars. The calculations showed that the existing TO-2 of the zone will be sufficient to service incoming vehicles. While direct technical repair zone chassis no cars. The payback period of the project will be 1.15 years.

The article introduces the concept deployer of high speed analog-to-digital conversion to reduce the dynamic error of the 2nd kind. It is shown that the use of high-speed deployer conversion leads to unequal capture samples of the signal. Considered the ratio of the period of the capture signal samples at a uniform sampling rate and sampling using high-speed deployer conversion, for a given interpolation error. The estimated coefficient linking the period of the uniform sampling and the period razvarivaya functions. It is shown that the recovery of signals by the Lagrange polynomial of the first degree and the use of high-speed deployer conversion, the scan period must be two times less than the period of the capture signal samples at a uniform sampling.

This work presents the results of investigation of one of the most widespread specimens of layered silicates minerals group - montmorillonite, that are the part of the natural dispersion of bentonite from Millerovo minefield via density functional theory (DFT) methods. The hygroscopic moistness of monoions forms of smectite group layered silicates is studied experimentally; these layered silicates are the most active components that significantly determine the properties of the dispersion as a whole. The correlation between hygroscopicity and theoretical values of inter-packet distances is established in studied samples by calculating total energies with optimization of the crystal structure.

The paper represents the results of theoretical study of molecules behavior of polar aprotonic solvent dimethyl sulphoxide on basal surfaces and in interpackage space of kaolinite. Spectral and energetic regularities of chemical bond formation are studied. Intercalation of DMSO molecules into interpackage space of kaolinite results in the shift of valence vibrations Si-O into high-frequency zone. It also results in vibration suppression of hydroxyl clusters of gibbsite layer. It proves the appearance of strong hydrogen bond between the molecules of polar aprotonic dissolvent and hydroxyl and siloxane kaolinite surfaces. The paper reveals that adsorption of DMSO molecules decreases the surface energy of kaolinite and enables its organophilicity.
