This article describes development of a module which provides opportunity to extract text from images of modified text, which can be used to bypass existing information security software and spread sensitive information out of company. The developed module is based on Python programming language with additional libraries expanding basic functional. After creating a module, additional module allowing user to create modified text by themselves was made. Additional module uses a special dictionary that can change any letter to alternative and generate more modified texts in order to test and find the weak spots of a module. To integrate the module into company’s information infrastructure DLP-systems were chosen, because of their popularity and ease of the integration method. To integrate DLP-system and text extraction module we used a mail-server with BCC copies of a mail traffic to send text and images to our module local mail server, additional mechanisms extracts pictures and process them within the module, after what it sends back the image and the text from it. A few rounds of testing were done resulting in nearly 97% accuracy. Future development consider expanding for multi-row processing and adding new alternative symbols after first mention them in text by using a CNN or standard deviation of images pixel and pixel comparison.

Nowadays, it is often necessary to create effective tools for collecting, analyzing and processing information related to taking into account the activities of universities. There is also a need to develop information systems that provide automation of educational process management functions, which would reduce the cost of organizing educational process management in an educational institution. One of the primary tasks of the university is the implementation of research work by students, graduate students and research workers on the basis of research organizational structures. In this regard, an additional burden is placed on the employees of a research organization, which implies the performance of routine operations, as a result of which mistakes can be made. You can avoid possible mistakes, as well as increase the efficiency of employees by creating an information system, which is described in this article.

This article analyzes the dynamics of pollution of water bodies (on the example of the Don river basin) by stationary sources for the period 2000-2015. using the methods of mathematical statistics, an empirical model is constructed to study the trend and fluctuations of pollution dynamics. For this purpose data of rosvodresurs of the Russian statistical Yearbook are used. The adequacy of the model for three-year forecasts with an error of up to 8% was checked. A system of differential equations describing the pollution process is derived.

Modern development of x-ray technology allows to conduct a detailed study of multiphoton processes of absorption and scattering of x-ray photon by deep and subvalent shells of molecular systems in a wide range of energies. The specifics of solving the problem of interaction of an x-ray photon with a multiatomic system requires the use of a single-center approach to the calculation of the electronic States of molecules. The main disadvantage of this approach is a decrease in the accuracy of the calculation of spectroscopic quantities with limited consideration of the terms of the single-center decomposition of the molecular orbital. The paper studies the effect of accounting for higher harmonics of single-center molecular orbital decomposition on the calculation of the energy characteristics of molecular systems. The analysis of the parameters of the single-center decomposition of the functions of the nuclear ligand, depending on its charge. The criteria for inclusion of higher harmonics of single-center decomposition of atomic ligand functions in the molecular orbital are determined. The calculation of energy characteristics is performed on the example of diatomic molecules HF, LiF and BF. The selected series of molecules makes it possible to study the behavior of higher harmonics of the single-center decomposition of the molecular orbital depending on the growth of the atomic ligand charge.

A variant of the solution of the problem of characterization of a resonant Fano contour in optical biosensors of refractometric type based on ring fiber Bragg gratings with pi-shift is presented. The use of biosensors of this type makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of detecting changes in the refractive index of the medium under investigation to the level (1-2) x10-9 RIU. These sensitivity values are achieved due to the formation in the lattice of a high-quality Fano resonance with a loop width at half-height equal to 1-5 pm. However, the possibility of obtaining a significant gain in metrological characteristics on the one hand, poses the problem of characterizing such narrow-band resonances on the other, since the existing optical spectrum analyzers do not have the appropriate resolution. To solve this problem, we propose a radio-photon method of three-frequency probing of a high-band and an asymmetric Fano contour by symmetric amplitude-modulated radiation with side-amplitude components unbalanced in amplitude. In contrast to the previously used for solving similar problems of two-frequency symmetric sounding with equal amplitudes of side components and a suppressed carrier, we have uniquely determined the central frequency, the maximum amplitude and Q of the Fano circuits, as well as the possibility of greatly simplifying the technique of collecting information on their parameters. The article consists of two parts, which consistently reflect the posing of modeling problems and discussing its results with confirmation of the results of physical experiments.
