The article explores the interaction of Tello EDU, a small-sized educational drone, with Turtlebot3, an unmanned ground vehicle, in rooms with a weak signal. The article examines how, using a local network and the robot operating system (ROS), it is possible to achieve effective collaboration between these two devices. It analyzes how a local network can be used to broadcast data and monitor devices in conditions of a weak external signal. The role of ROS as the main tool for managing and interacting with devices is being investigated. In addition, the article examines specific use cases, including interaction and coordination between Tello EDU and Turtlebot3. A diagram of the interaction of two unmanned vehicles is also presented, a detailed description of their operation is described, and Python code is presented using various libraries based on the ROS robotic operating system.

The article is devoted to an integrated approach and the role of youth participation in the design of youth environment facilities. The object of the study is the design solutions of the youth environment, including youth centers participating in the program of renovation of youth environment facilities. The author has set himself the tasks: - Define the concept of youth environment. - To consider the experience of involving young people in the design of youth environment facilities on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work was carried out on the basis of more than 30 renovation projects of youth facilities implemented in municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The study revealed that today a high—quality and comfortable urban environment is one of the conditions of competition for human capital. Programs have been launched in Tatarstan to solve a number of social problems, among them the state program Development of youth policy in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019-2025"". An integrated approach plays a significant role in the formation of youth spaces. One of the most important aspects of the integrated approach is to attract young people to form a new quality environment, of which they will be users.

The paper describes a model of behavior of the connection of wooden structures with glued rods when exposed to negative temperatures. The results of determining the resistance of wood to punching of a glued rod of reinforced joints of wooden structures at temperatures of -30°C, -70°C and +22°C are given. The characteristic features of the destruction of the reinforcing bar and the connection as a whole are revealed.

The principles and results of the formation of classification tables "Auxiliary resources" and "Human resources" of the classifier of construction information are considered. The existing world experience of data classification for the development and maintenance of information models (IM) of capital construction objects (CCS) and ways of organizing data associated with the IM: OmniClass (USA), Uniclass 2015 (UK) and Cuneco Classification System (CCS, Denmark). The developed classification tables can be used in the development and maintenance of ССS IM for the identification of auxiliary and human resources, development of process maps and calendar-network planning, for the development of design documentation in terms of construction organization and estimated cost, for cost analysis of investment and construction processes and determination of labor costs.

Search engine optimization allows a website to rank higher in search engines. Through a lot of manipulations on working with the site, you can achieve good results in increasing the conversion of sites. Modern systems for all kinds of data analysis using neural networks can greatly improve the work on this optimization.

The provisions on the choice of vehicles for the transportation of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures are considered. Transportation can be carried out using general-purpose and specialized vehicles. The existing rules for loading onto road transport are aimed at eliminating the formation of defects in structures. For loading onto vehicles in structures, various devices for slinging are used - mounting loops, holes, or other elements provided for by working drawings for specific structures. Ensuring the safety of transported structures is possible only when studying the complex system "road - vehicle - transported structures". Factors that should be taken into account when calculating for transport effects: type of product (columns, slabs, panels, etc.) and its design features; type of vehicle (column carrier, panel carrier, etc.) with its characteristics; type of road and speed of transportation.

The development of a decision support system for evaluating a fashionable image of a person is described. This is done by selecting a set of visual attributes from an image and comparing this set with "fashionable" patterns. Fashion patterns are set by the user himself. These are images that are defined in the system as reference images. This paper provides an overview of decision-making methods, analyzes the relevance of decision-making systems in different spheres of society. The algorithm of the program and the tools with which the image is first preprocessed are considered, then the visual attributes are highlighted. The method of making decisions for different types of attributes is given. The comparison of colors in HSL notation is considered.

The features of classification of construction products and construction materials are considered, and optimization of their existing classification structure is proposed. The analysis of existing domestic and international systems of classification of construction information, domestic normative and technical literature is carried out and classification features for construction material and construction product are determined. The optimization of the classification tables (CTs) based on the application of the principles of the ISO 81346 standard series and the refusal to duplicate the structure of the construction resources classifier, on reducing the number of classes and subclasses taking into account the ISO 81346 criteria and moving classes and subclasses within CTs with the corresponding changes in the code designations is suggested.

The paper calculates the probability of failure-free operation of parts of the supporting structure of foreign-made lifting equipment designed to perform loading and unloading operations of stone building material. When performing calculations, computer modeling of the stress-strain state by the finite element method was used. A distinctive feature of the proposed calculation methodology is the minimum required number of computer experiments, given that some of the input data are variable.

The problem of ensuring trouble-free operation of field pipelines is becoming more and more urgent from year to year. The development of deposits in areas with difficult natural and climatic conditions (the Far North, Western Siberia) requires a new approach to improving the reliability of pipeline systems. Along with the search for new technologies in construction and operation, the use of modern composite materials in the production of pipes is a primary task. Analysis of the causes of failures of field pipelines in the permafrost zone allowed us to identify the main ones: corrosion, water hammer, loss of stability as a result of frost heaving of soils. Comparative calculations of steel and fiberglass pipelines allow us to recommend the latter as an alternative to metal pipelines, because they have better corrosion and abrasive resistance, low roughness and thermal conductivity, high ductility and manufacturability.

In connection with improvement of public welfare, coming to the fore are requirements enabling comfortable living, which primarily depends on conditions of indoor air environment. This article provides arguments to suggest that, during reconstruction and overhaul of residential buildings, natural ventilation systems, failing to provide the required air exchange, need to be replaced with hybrid ventilation systems, allowing to maintain stable ventilation in existing multi-storey buildings throughout the year and involving minor capital and operating costs. Based on the example of a typical nine-storey residential building, two variations of hybrid ventilation have been developed: containing an ejector and roof fans, with economic feasibility of using both determined.
