The purpose of this work was to study the influence of the structural and geometric parameters of the twist drill on the quality of the processed hole and productivity of machining the high strength polymeric composite material – glass fiber epoxy-based plastics that are reinforced by titanium foil. In the structure of high loaded polymeric composite parts the reinforcing layers made from the titanium foil are used. These titanium layers are placed between layers of the winding unidirectional glass fiber tape or the carbon fiber tape. In order to reach the required dimensional accuracy, the macro- and micro geometry of the hole surfaces, to eliminate the overheat, burning, and delaminations of material, need to use sharp-edged tools, which wear out quickly, and remove the drill from the workpiece at frequent intervals to clean the chips from the flutes of the drill and the hole being drilled. We studied the drilling of glass fiber reinforced laminates at the different schemes of sharpening the drills made from the high-speed steel. We present some experimental results of the optimal feed and speed for the studied twist drills, the dependencies of the highness parameters of roughness, and also characters and degree of delamination at starting and finishing hole for the different tools, feed and cutting speed.

The possibility in principle of using pulp and paper industry waste as a binder for pelletization flotation potassium chloride bases on conducted researches. Defined technical conditions of pelletization flotation potassium chloride using pulp and paper industry’s waste as binder provide product with good commercial qualities, which are yield of marketable fraction (85.71 %) and resistance of granule (29.51 N). The researches for studying conditions of baking were conducted and subsisted defects on granule surfaces. There are two kinds of defects. One of them is inner defect is represented as caverns and flaws. Another type of defects are outer defects. They are represented as crystallized structural arrangements in the form of coreless tube that has net structure and includes fiber and cubic shaped microcrystals. Granule defects form after baking them with temperature higher than 120ºC.

In article reviewed advanced theoretical probability models of process quality formation quality of the surface layer in a centrifugal rotary process (CSO) details. Process CSO reviewed from the point of view reliability. Based on the results of theoretical studies were proposed the dependence of the influence of the main technological parameters centrifugal rotary finishing and strengthening treatment on the roughness of the processed surface, the depth of the hardened layer and the degree of hardening. Analysis of the technology processes CSO let to identify the factors exerting a dominant influence on the productivity and quality of processing. Conducted calculations of the influence the tolerances of the main quality parameters of the surface layer and technology modes centrifugal rotary processing of centrifugal rotary treatment on the magnitude of the coefficients offset instantaneous dispersion and stock accuracy which characterize the reliability of technological processes centrifugal rotary process. By results of calculations were constructed charts. Taking the presented methodology you can choose such a combination in choosing technological processes centrifugal rotary processing what will ensure the required quality of the workpiece.

In the article the automatic drive positioner technology systems increased speed and accuracy on the basis of multi-parameter sensor rotor (MPMD). The proposed scheme, technical solution (MPMD) with improved integral evaluation of several parameters of positional displacement control objects. The generalized mathematical model of the sensor actuator position struktre. Computational experiments by the Runge-Kutta in the environment of the program Matlab-simulink are obtained depending on the basic parameters of an actuator position. When you perform a typical positional cycle The influence of the major geometric, hydraulic and thermodynamic characteristics of the expiry of the compressed air through the nozzle sensor element on its expenditure-Perepadnaya response. It is found that the maximum deviation does not exceed 5% of the reference sensor. This will improve the accuracy of parameter estimation process of positioning and formation of control actions in real space and time.

In the present study, platinum was electrodeposited onto rotating disc electrode coated with Vulcan XC-72R Nafion suspension and uncoated smooth glassy carbon electrode from acidic solution of 5mМ H2PtCl6. The electrochemically active surface area of platinum particles obtained was determined by cyclic voltammetry and the structural characteristic of the particles was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The impact of current and time on the electrochemically active surface area of platinum particles electrodeposited on the carbon supports was also investigated and described in this paper. The present work is expected to be utilized and contribute to the improvement of electrochemically active surface area of platinum catalysts for low temperature fuel cells.

The paper presents the results of computational statistical experiment to estimate field radiation exposure on the soft tissue of the human body when external pressures are nondivergent narrow beam of gamma photon radiation. This paper considers basic element of device of energy storage which is a piezoelectric generator (PEG) of cylindrical form with the attached inertial mass. A finite element modeling of the device operation is carried out during active load in the external circuit. The main purpose of the operation is to compare the output potential and frequency characteristics of the device known in the literature models of systems with concentrated parameters. On the basis of these models, we can receive the analytical dependence of parameters of PEG with its geometric characteristics and mechanical properties of the used materials. However, the question of the range of applicability of these formulas is still open. In this paper, based on the numerical analysis of finite element models of PEG in package ANSYS, we obtained comparison with the analytical formulas that show the values of some parameters of simplified models and set the boundaries of their applicability.
