  • A method of numerical modeling of spectrometric systems of gas sensors

      A principle of spectrometric systems of gas sensors was described. A model and a method of numerical modeling of spectrometric gas sensor with the combined radiator-receiver of infrared radiation on the basis of the punched semiconductor thermoresistor were proposed.

  • Quantum-chemical analysis of various ways of the organization of polymers based on 3-alkyl pyrroles for gas sensors

      Polypyrrole is a perspective material for gas sensors. Property of polymeric chains can vary largely depending on their packing. Power characteristics are studied. Features of a structure and power tetramers thiophenes with methyl, ethyl, propyl substitutions in position 3 pyrroles a cycle are investigated. The most perspective and stable tetramers are revealed from the thermodynamic point. The estimation of laws of formation of a polymeric chain is spent.  Influence of the assistant on stability tetramers is considered.

  • Mathematical and statistical models predicting efficiency of surgical treatment of certain diseases

    Article focuses on the use of statistical models to predict tolerability surgery using intracavitary hyperthermic chemotherapy (IHCT) and the definition of indications and contraindications to perform operations and tolerability for patients with cancer based on the hemostatic patient. This technique allows a high enough accuracy to prediction portability planned surgery, duration of disease-free period, the period and quality of life in the immediate and late postoperative period.Improve treatment of patients with malignant tumors of the abdomen and pelvis, is one of the priorities of modern health care. Relevance of various parameters of immunity, clinical and biological parameters of homeostasis and prognosis of malignant disease in humans will significantly reduce the proportion of late diagnoses of relapses. Recently there has been increased research to find a method of complex cytoreductive surgery and the use of cytotoxic drugs, and physical therapies, one of which is a local intraoperative hyperthermic chemotherapy. With the help of statistical methods has been studied the degree of influence on the parameters IHCT immunity and an estimate of the nature of the immunological changes in different types of surgery. Methods of binary logistic regression analysis was calculated diskriminatnogo forecast portability operation - patient survival probability. Based on the method of multiple regression were obtained algorithms calculate the duration of life of patients after surgery, and the duration of DFS. Studies based on the factor analysis showed that the main factors affecting the prognosis of disease-free period and the period of life are the morphological structure of the tumor volume cytoreduction, the sum of your immune system and cancer markers. Peritoneal cancer index, sex and age of the patient does not have a significant effect on these parameters. Thus, the introduction into clinical practice of the proposed computer systems and statistical forecasting models allow physicians to objectively evaluate the performance of homeostasis, the portability of the planned surgery, more accurately predict the course of the cancer disease and the likelihood of recurrence of the disease and the duration and quality of life.

  • Methods of measurement of small inductors for radio systems on a chip

    Technique for measurement of inductances (L) about 1 nanohenry or less one, is discussed. Two measurements of inductance L are executed. First one is executed for stub length l0, another - for stub length, shortened into N times. Formula for calculation of unknown inductance’ error has been obtained, where determination of unknown L with error closed to meter error has been succeeded by choice of parameters. It is shown that required measurement’s error of initial stub length for N=2 and N=5 is in tens micrometers’ range. Techniques for error’s diminishing have been considered. Estimation for basic stub length of 6,6 mm and 8,3 mm for N=2 and N=5 respectively has been executed.

  • Geostatistics methods for cadastral value of land horticultural non-profit association leningrads region

    The author of the article identified the cadastral value of land horticultural non-profit organizations of Leningrad region, using the method of geostatistics. Determined by the maximum distance between objects evaluation. Point at a distance lag more than the maximum distance, not spatially correlated. The construction of the cadastral value of the surface, using deterministic methods and methods of geostatistics is illustrated.

  • Research building complex level of competitive rail

    One of factors of success in conditions of the market relations are questions of increase of competitiveness that is especially actual for the Russian economy. In turn, Russia, possessing huge natural resources, considerable research and production and personnel potential, has low indicators on quality of life, effective use of resources and competitiveness. The analysis of existing definitions of the category "competitiveness" is provided in article, the hierarchy of levels of competitiveness is presented, the factors influencing competitiveness of construction branch are considered, the algorithm of determination of competitiveness of a construction complex of railway transport is considered.

  • Using agent-based modeling approach for social conflicts analysis ethnic groups

      This article presents an agent-based computational model of civil violence. In the model a central authority seeks to suppress communal violence between two warring ethnic groups. To describe model UML diagrams are presented. Article also shows a number of experiments with model which shows such benefits of model as guiding data collection, revealing dynamical analogies, discovering new questions and decision support in crisis situations.

  • The method of optimization of development transport and technological of forest resources

    Present the method for determining the optimal plan wood harvesting and hauling on logging enterprise. The method is recommended for use in enterprises applying cut-to-length logging. Optimization criterion is the minimum cost of harvesting and hauling wood. The method use will reduce costs and increase profitability for enterprise.

  • The strength and deformability of strengthened beams with different varied factors

    Some information was provided about the influence of type and percent of steel and composite reinforcement, on the strength and deformability in strengthened reinforced concrete beams. It was found, that the increment degree of strength in beams decreases by the increasing in percentage of steel reinforcement, especially, when a carbon fiber plastics with hot and cold hardening was used.

  • The application of multielement piezoelectric transducers for ultrasonic testing of high-speed railway tracks

    The article gets application multi-element piezoelectric transducers for ultrasonic high-speed flaw  detection on railway tracks. The processing algorithm of echo-signals from multi-element piezoelectric transducers was offered to get additional information about defect location to apply solution considering risk level more validly and to increase crack detection probability. The obtained algorithm was realized as software package. A set of experiments was completed for fourth-elements inclined piezoelectric transducer on a standard pattern for various positions to verify the processing algorithm. The experiment has shown that the echo-signals behavior allows to use the obtained algorithm for multi-element transducers at the high-speed flaw detection. Also it has emerged that the echo-signal shape at one element of piezoelectric transducer strongly depends on refracting prism geometry and relation position elements on prism.

  • Induced brain activity during the perception of Kanizs figures

    The problems of visual perception whole object are considered in the paper. As an objective method to explore these issues, are used as incentives figure in subjective contours - Kanizs figures. The survey was attended by eight healthy men (SFU students and staff), right-handed, aged 22 to 35 years. The results of analysis of variance characteristics visual EP, recorded in the perception of different figures, showed that significant differences were found when comparing the real and illusory form with a figure control.
